I have had a few prescriptions filled by this pharmacy now in the last year or so. I moved to the area two years ago and at first just went to the CVS and Rite-Aid in town but they were such a hassle and had long wait times that I decided to try this local, smaller-chain pharmacy and I am so pleased that I did. They were friendly and did not take long to fill my Rx. The lines were not as long and they moved a lot quicker than at the bigger retail pharmacies. They make it very easy for you to get your Rx filled by giving you the option to send them the Rx ahead of time so they can get started on it while you drive there and then just take the original copy once you pick it up. I was so very happy they not only honored a copy that reduced the cost of my Rx HRT but they were able to give me an even better price than the coupon stated! It was so affordable. I do have good insurance so an almost $200 estradial gel, ended up costing me $25 at this pharmacy after the insurance paid their portion. Super happy about the customer service. They will even deliver your medicine for you if you are too sick to go get it. The pharmacist was nice and not rushed when I was asking about side effects. The pharmacists at CVS seem a bit rude to me and annoyed by my questions. But here they were patient and thorough. The only bad thing about them is that they are NOT open 24 hours or 7 days a week, so in an emergency you can't get your meds sent here if it is outside their working hours but it is nice that they are at least open 6 days a week. I would totally recommend this pharmacy instead of CVS or Rite-Aid. read more

My Dr writes me a prescription for Tamiflu. He says he will not send it electronically to my normal pharmacy because patients seem to be complaining that they are all out of stock . I'm like realy !! And I'm realy sick wondering why I even went if I can't get any cure . Hello what's the point t I could have stayed in bed and died .. anyways with that being said I Yeloed this cool little pharmacy in my neighborhood . I called they were very friendly and had what I needed to make it thru another day of life . The staff was very friend professional I didn't even wait 10 minutes . This pharmacy is like a breath of fresh air after using the big pharmacies. At (North Pomona) Walgreens and CVS pharmacies I've had to wait 20 minutes average to get my prescriptions. As I take about 10 medications (I know it's a lot) frequently they had the bags in different alphabetical boxes and couldn't find them. They also couldn't seem to fill them all at once requiring me to make several trips. At CVS the pharmacist was rude to me! 986 is the opposite of all that. There's never a time where they ask me to come back in an hour just to make me wait again. The employees always smile and are friendly. They fill my monthly prescriptions and text me. It take less than 10 minutes to fill a new prescription right then. There's rarely more than 2 people in line and plenty of people to help. They are fully computerized and carry all of the meds I have to take. If you've had the experiences I've had with the big pharmacies you need to try 986, you will never go back! read more

The BEST pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with . They always excel in their customer service and are always a phone call away. I really enjoy having the option of having my medication delivered to me. I tend to forget to refill or pick up and they seem to always be one step ahead . This pharmacy is my go-to pharmacy now. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, and they are always friendly and helpful. Lilia is very nice and knowledgeable, and always makes my visit go smoothly. The interior is very clean and nicely decorated. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable, and they even had water when I went. They have a good selection of over-counter medications inside, and everything is put nicely on the shelves. They never have my medicine available I've been given the run around for the past 3 weeks when it's come to myself and my mother medication it's by far ridiculous at this point when people are sick your suppose to help them not give them the run around I regret switching all my medicine to this pharmacy!! read more
