Located next to my primary physician's office, the pharmacy was staffed with super friendly folks! Got my vaccine in 5 minutes. They even gave me a new CDC vaccination card with all my shots (4) because I only had the digital version. They even gave me a goodie snack bag and I didn't spend a dime... This is a great little independent pharmacy. The service is great and I have recently found out the hard way that their prices are lower than the big pharmacy chains. Unfortunately the hours at this pharmacy are limited and are probably structured around the neighboring hospital & local doctor's offices. However, if you live or work outside the area this can be a problem. But you if the hours work for you, then this is a great place to call your home pharmacy: fast, courteous & personalized service, very friendly & great at communication. read more

Went with grandparents and sister for booster shots Super easy to register on myturnca and fill out information. If u don't have insurance it's still free and you only provide your name, phone # and home address through the online form. The map directions make u turn right when u enter the plaza but make a left. We got there and the staff was friendly. Pharmacist was so nice. He helped my grandparents feel comfortable since they don't speak English and helped my grandpa walk outside even held the door open for them when we were leaving. My sister and I.. being in our early 20's are still scared of needles and he'll help us like how he helps the kids and it worked to help us relax HAHA. Also didn't hurt at ALL cause he's good. We also got goodie bags and a calendar each so yay! Definitely good place for kids to get their vaccine here. read more

When I find a business I like, I recommend them to everyone I know. I've already recommend Royalty Pharmacy to my family and friends in the area. Some of the things I really like about this pharmacy is how they refill your medications monthly, then call to tell you your refills are ready to be picked up. Although I take several medications daily, some the same name and dosage for years, I still frequently will forget to call for my refills until I've run out medication before I remember to call for refills. Much of the time they'll even contact your doctor's office requesting the refill without you needing to call your doctor's office asking for your medication to be refilled every month. This service is invaluable to me. However, it's not a perfect system though, and on occasion a medication or two needing a refill won't be included with your meds. You'll need to call them requesting they call your doctor for a refill. What I LOVE about Royalty Pharmacy is how since Covid began they've added home delivery of your medications to their services, without any additional charge. THIS SERVICE IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE. When I first began having my medications filled there a couple years ago, I asked if they had home delivery, like my previous pharmacy did. I was told they didn't offer it. Not certain how long it was instituted by the time I learned of it, through their recorded messages while waiting on hold. They even offer SAME DAY delivery if you call before 2 or 3pm. Unless they need to order your medication which has occurred only a time or two. Being disabled and reliant on others to pick up my medications for me, I wasn't always able to find someone available to pick up my medications when they called informing me they were ready. Since they began delivering my medications to my home, I usually receive them on time now, unless some complication occurs. Although I haven't used it as of yet, I haven't needed to, they also allow you to request refills via text messaging. A service slowly being adopted in the medical health field. Another wonderful feature. Customer Service is pretty good too. Everyone's always been very polite, respectful, and helpful when I call them, or gone inside and spoken personally with them. I was impressed how the first month I begun using Royalty Pharmacy they recognized me, & pulled my meds even after only a single visit. Several of the employees even recognize my voice when I call. Which is helpful because I don't always remember to give them my name, before detailing my issue. At box pharmacies it takes going there for years before that happens, if it every does with the constantly revolving pharmacy techs. I've found smaller pharmacies also don't make you wait until your script is completely out before ordering your scheduled medications, leaving you without medication for at least a week each month. That kind of service is potentially very dangerous when you're forced to wait without them each month, when your request to take them daily. It doesn't matter if you've been going there for years, and taken the same medication and dosage the entire time. Or have their Pharmacist harass you each time they change pharmacists, which happened at least twice a year when I used those kinds of pharmacies (Rite Aid, CVS). Every since switching to smaller privately owned pharmacies, and receiving the personal attention they provide, I'll never go back to one of those box pharmacies. Many smaller pharmacies also will have an arrangement with a couple local doctors best them to fill certain scheduled medications that can be impossible to have filled at box pharmacies ever since Pharmacists were given the legal authority to overrule your personal physician's legitimate prescription. Resulting in patients finding it practically impossible to have certain medications filled. read more

This pharmacy is great! They even call me when my prescriptions are refilled without me having to ask for refills. They always have my prescriptions filled really fast and if my prescription isn't in stock, it's just 24 hours. They're so great! Thank you for making my life with medications easy. Terrible money hungry unethical pharmacy, forcing you to buy $60 of vitamins or you can't get your prescription . They said the dr prescribed it but we still didn't have the right to say no? So I can't buy vitamin C somewhere else? I gave them my Insurance card and they immediately said within 1 minute it doesn't cover anything! This month I went to another pharmacy and they just shook there heads and took my insurance Card and it covered a portion oF my meds and saved me $50. So now im saving $110 just by going somewhere else. Shame on you for taking advantage of people with conditions. Never again will I go back to you guys yoU thief's Shame oN you. I hope you guys get caUght for your shady practice and your hungry greed for money. I no longer have to leave a pharmacey with a box of meds and vitamins .......screw you guys for looking me in the eye and telling me that BS. The 2 girls that works at the pharmacy were really sweet and friendly. They were able to fill my prescription within a few minutes. I am so glad my dentist recommended me to come to this pharmacy. I usually have to wait at least 30 minutes or more at my regular pharmacy. read more
