This is the dirtiest Dollar Tree I've ever been to. The floors are filthy, and the shelves are mostly empty. When they replaced the old 99 Cents store, I expected at least some kind of improvement, but it looks like they didn't even bother with a makeover. You can't take the shopping carts outside anymore. They attached poles to all of them, won't go outside the front doors. There are signs saying "If you need help carrying items to your car, we can help." As a consumer, I am tired of having my shopping experience ruined because of a few bad apples. I have been shopping here since the 90s, when I was a child. If carts are being stolen either hire security or do the quarter system like Aldi's. God, is there anything more frustrating than watching stores treat our community like criminals? The bathroom has been "broken" for months. I love all the deals at the 99. Although the parking lot of the 99 has some things going on in it that go beyond parking, it's allowed. I remember when... never mind... I had a return, because I didn't know that not everything at the 99 wasn't 99 (too many negatives in that sentence.) I was at another 99 buying some things for a hygiene drive and was shocked that some items were like 3.99 when told the bill. I had no time to return them there, so I went to this 99. Very helpful. Very expedient. No questions asked. Except for my receipt which of course I had since less than two hours passed between purchase and return. I had no issue with the store. The problem was with the manager. The price for an item was posted as $10. I was checking out and paid and didn't notice until after looking at my receipt that the item rung up as $25. I asked the cashier and she said oh yes of course. Let me get the manager. The manager came up super aggressive and rude. All I was asking was if she could do something to help. She was yelling and screaming. I know she must've been having a bad day but to take it out on a customer is so unprofessional. Brought a bag, put it on the checking area. The male checker said nothing and did not bag my bags. As I'm bagging, same question to next customer, "want a bag". Same answer, "No, thank you, I will use mine". Then checker asks, while I'm standing there bagging my own, "Do you want me to bag them for you." Went to buy Xmas decorations with my daughter at 7:30 pm and she needed to use the restroom. Asked one of the employees if there was one available and she explained where they were. Waited outside as it was locked and was told maybe someone in there. Knocked after 5 mins passed as light looked off. Went to employee and explained door is locked. All 99 cents stores smell the same on the inside. There's a lot of finds in the 99'ns. Cleaning supplies would be the best to aim for in my opinion because those are toss items for cleaning. Came here today for bug spray and traps. We're having an ant problem at home. Someone leaving a peanut butter covered knife out on the counter didn't help either so we ran here for bug spray. The stuff isn't name brand raid and doesnt come in a huge can but it works! And for a $1 why not? Also picked up a box with 4 insect and ant traps, also for a $1. A sweet find at the store today was the carry 8oz cans of monster for a $1 a piece. The had 3 different flavors. Sometimes the 16oz is too much. Glad I saw these. I've been here a few times and everytime never had a problem. The store is always clean and kept up. I always see employees out and around stocking or picking up. Today I had a great experience going to the 99 cent store I was in need of some drinks and some ice so of course the prices so low I came here to the 99 getting a liter Pepsi and a bag of ice for only $0.99 each I walk into the store Yesenia was there to greet me with some sanitizer and sanitizing spray ready for carts . With all this going on, I really appreciate the service ready at the door. Which no other stores really offer. So thank you, Yesenia! I continued my shopping the store was pretty busy I went around 1 p.m. as I waited in line there was a fair distance between customers thanks to the help of the markings on the floor! To my surprise Yesenia was now my cashier sending the other girl on break. I was ready to pay and I had already swiped my card but I totally forgot to let her know to add the ICE! but she was able to fix a transaction ! But the computer froze and fortunately so they transferred me to the next register very friendly not making me feel embarrassed for my mistake. Such great customer service overall thanks to Yesenia and the manager I was able to get what I needed Fast despite the computer being slow and freezing. 99 Cents Only used to be the best shopping deal around. Everything was less than a dollar. Ever since they started selling items for more than a dollar you really need to know your prices. They used to sell a 7 oz pack of mushrooms for 99 cents. Then the price went up to $1.49. The last time I went to this store the price was even higher. Why should I shop here when I can buy an 8 oz pack of mushrooms for $1.49 at the Food 4 Less about a mile away. read more

Love this store! Always coming up on the coolest stuff from school supplies, kitchen items, frozen treats, party supplies and even home decor. The lines are usually horrible, with only 1 or 2 open registers. But for 99 cent deals, you can't complain too much. The store is clean and pretty organized. Btw, No cash back ever. And they have tons of halloween stuff. You can get milk, eggs, and even fruits & vegetables. And the deals don't stop there, hit up the parking lot on the weekend and you can get sweet deals on dvd movies (studio quality) for $5 each. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

You have the small 99s, and you have the huge 99s. This is one of those huge 99s. They have fresh produce and rows and rows of things that you do and do not need. The employees at this store are really nice. Recently, I ran out of my favorite Mazel French Vanilla coffee mixes. I went to a few 99s and was not successful. I asked an employee if they knew when they would get more and she told me that she would order me some and to try back on Friday. It was Tuesday. And you know what?! She ordered them. F'ing A! This 99 is my go to when I'm looking for random necessities; ie. super glue, index cards, bungee cords... This one is also on my way home, even though I have to u-turn to get in here and then u-turn to get out, so it makes it easy to stop by. As with all 99 Cent Stores, I can almost guarantee you that you will walk out spending way too much money on crap that you don't need. But, isn't that the fun of going to the 99? read more

Pretty good 99 cent store.. Big store, ample parking, and the place was pretty clean. Hours are 8am to 10pm, which is nice.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. This place is a joke and they have terrible customer service! I went in to get plants for a baby shower. They are super small plants and some of the plants had 2 for 99 cents. Perfect. I can get the amount I need. I get to register and the cashier was like nope it's 99 cents each. I even said but they have stickers on them that say 2 for 99. And she right away got huffy and said no. I showed her and she called a manager. They right away started speaking in Spanish thinking I didn't know what they are saying. Even my husband got mad because they started with attitude. They said nope 99 each only reason they have that sticker is they are "damaged". All of them looked that way. They charged me the dollar each. And gave us attitude the whole time. I live down the street so this .99 is my go to place to buy last min stuff but lately I been driving to the dollar tree instead. There cashiers SUCK!!! They have about 30 people waiting in line and only 1 cashier open. It's ridiculous. These past few times I just leave my stuff and leave without buying anything. This store is off the rack ghetto. The clerks thrive on drama disrespecting the customers especially the male customers. Some of the attitude is subtle and snotty like not saying thank you or worse when the clerks actually get up in your face. One time I was there and I saw this skinny female clerk get into it with one of the male customers. She was up on his face putting her hands on him, pushing his buttons and the dude didn't do nothing. She even followed him outside. She went up to his car and she stood there intimidating the guy. None of the other female clerks in the store stopped her. That was flat out of harassment. He should have called the cops on her. I too have gotten my dose of disrespect from some of these clerks also. No greetings or thank you. A couple of times I walked in and I could hear over the speaker security scan all aisles. Loved the pickled beets but the best thing about that is that because I love it, I hope I get to see the next seasonal fruits. I have been here a few times now and the store is alright. They have a lot of stock, but the lines can get pretty long. One of the main issues I have is the people outside the store. You're likely to find a canopy with some people trying to market some phone company or whatever. You'll also more likely find a guy with a red ford truck calling you over to buy food he's selling (that isn't visible) out of his truck. I understand we all have to make a living in this land of opportunity, but it can make a person paranoid having so many eyes follow you to and from your car. read more

I received extremely poor customer service from the cashier today..She asked me if I would like to buy some bags and I kindly replied no I brought my own..she continued to roll her eyes at me.. She didn't tell me anything after that question emerged. DIANA didn't even tell me the total for my purchase, how I'd be paying, and to top it off she didn't bag not one single item.. I come often and I was shocked..I've never received this type of service..and sadly, DIANA does not know how to conduct her job correctly..she literally threw the receipt at me and started placing the next customers items mixed in with mine..like what the hell.. She was all shits and giggles with the customer in front of me..they brought their dog inside the store and DIANA was playing with the dog..I get it, cute and all..but she proceeded to play with the dog and put her entire hand in the German Shepard's mouth..she didn't even put hand sanitizer on after having her hand all up inside that dogs mouth..oooh by the way, she bagged all of their items and told them to have a great day..she's foul for not cleaning her hands after, then she starts touching our items after she had her hand inside the dogs mouth, smh.. DIANA should not be a cashier if she doesn't know how to have the proper attitude towards her customers! At the end of the day, her pay is coming from all of us customers that buy from the 99. Please move DIANA to stocking or something else rather than cashier, she's extremely blunt and can't handle customer service with her weak skills. read more
