This review is not about their delivery service nor condition of items. It's about their poor and non-systematic protocol for making reservations. Stopped in to book tables and chairs 2.5 weeks in advance, was given business card and told to text number on it with request, received a text response regarding the date. Called them one week later, both on Saturday and Sunday asking how I make a deposit. No call back. By the time I emailed them to confirm, I was told they could not service my party anymore and that they "got busy", therefore I did not receive a call back. Unfortunate in that I try to support small businesses in and around Whittier, but will not try here again. read more

I figured by Saturday I would get a call back from one of them because I said I needed chairs for Sunday, no response! I drove up at the party store on Sunday praying I could get my 20 chairs and the store is small BUT I got such Great Customer Service and got my chairs!
