Love this party store! They have number balloons, regular balloons, different balloons with designs, and plain shape balloons. They also have many themes for birthdays! It's similar to party city and when the time comes, they do sell Halloween costumes as well. This is my go to place for birthdays and any holidays where I need balloons or decor. How have I not known about this place sooner?!? But I'm so glad that I have now. Since this will be my go to place for any supplies I need for events. They have a great variety of supplies. I went looking for some decorations for a bridal shower. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for so I asked for helped. And their staff was so helpful. I first asked for table runners and they showed me where all their table runners were and had available. Once I explained the event and my inspiration, they showed to other decorations. Huge and fun and full of treasures. Mostly on the cheapie end of the party spectrum. Lots of paper items and lots of balloons, but also good costumes and accessories, masks, cake supplies. So normally this is my go to spot for party supplies and balloons, however today I was forced to leave very disappointed and unsatisfied. My mom went in and picked up a large spider man balloon for my sons birthday. We were going to have filled with air when we realized there was a leak in it. So we returned and they said there was a leak in the seam and gave us another and filled with helium (we had already purchased the balloon and yet we were charged an additional $9 for helium) only to get home and still have a leaky spider man, he had already deflated within 10 min. Being that my party was about to begin my friend took the spider man back and was referred to the sign on the door that says the store is not responsible for balloons once they leave the store. Fine understandable if this had been at the fault of myself but this was clearly a faulty product. So my friend forced to buy another balloon and pay for the helium blow up... ($20) + ($14 the first balloon) + ($9 helium fill the first time) here's the kicker only to be deflated by the time she got to my house from Montebello to Pico rivera. Sadly I will no longer do business here and will instead by my balloons else where. I only gave a star because it doesn't allow you to leave zero stars. The lack of costumer service is clearly missing here. read more

Went for the first time by accident actually. I was trying to go to party city and my maps sent me here & without looking I just put the directions. I went in and it was pretty crowded. It is nice to see a small business be busy. What disappointed me is that they charge $5 for helium on a balloon that is not bought at their store. I also purchased a balloon from there and they did not inflate them well. It felt like they were inflated the day before. $5 for helium is excessive. I got it done because I just wanted to go straight home and not have to drive around or else I wouldnt have. read more

I mainly gave 4 stars because I don't like to knock smaller businesses but I do want to provide some insight for anyone thinking of coming here. To start off with, It's very frustrating when places don't update their hours of business, especially during a pandemic. Heard great things about this spot but I show up according to their hours on here and of course they are not open and have modified hours. Just change the hours and any other things that may or may not be offered anymore, that will save a lot of time and trouble for cusyomers. Customer service was not the greatest when I finally went in, maybe it was just the individual who helped me but overall I'd rather go to party city where it's a little more but they have great service, professionalism and a variety of options. read more
