Customer service deserves 5 stars ! I went Friday night 2/6/26 close to closing to pick up a custom piñata . I was so disappointed when they brought it out . It looked as if it was made last min AND with no effort . I went almost two weeks early to place an order and provided the picture of what we wanted which was directly off their instagram page . It doesn't even look like iron man and the eye was already coming off. Not to mention the random marker marks on the face no clue what they are . It was very disappointing for the price point . The customer service was amazing . The young lady helping me contacted someone and they offered a free small Piñata which was truly appreciated . So customer service 5 stars. They were very understanding and helpful . However the custom piñata was -1 star . No effort and not close to the picture I showed them . Which was a piñata they made in the past so I wasn't sure how we got such a different and low effort " iron man " when they have provided quality "iron man " piñata in the past . Especially since the person who took our order took a picture of the first iron I wanted to send to whoever was going to make it maybe not sure who it went to . The prices are here are INSANE. I just paid $18.46 for 2 balloons. She actually charged me $20.67 for 2 balloons but when I told her the sticker was a different price than what she charged, she gave me $2 back. I could have gotten a balloon bouquet at Micheal's for $20 that came with a huge foil balloon & 4 regular size foil balloons. Mind you the signs say helium included but the lady claims it is not. One of the pack of balloons came with 3 in it and she said she could only fill one balloon even though she charged me $2.50 for helium on top of the 3.99 for the pack. Then she charged me $5 to inflate a bigger balloon that was 6.9. That is INSANE. And they charge a debit fee when that is against the law. A man walked in as she's charging me and jumped when he saw the prices of whatever he was looking at and walked out the door! read more

I love this place. The goodies are great and use them every year for my kids birthday parties. The candy apples are my favorite, the cotton candy is delicious. Very dissatisfied we bought product which was the pop corn and the cotton candy I was assured by the clerk at the time of the purchase that if anything went wrong with them that I was able to come back and bring the product back as long as it wasn't opened three days later I noticed that this the packages were rockhard we took them back and the person is now saying that they cannot do any refunds but they wanted me to buy more product to give me some type of discount very debit satisfied with the customer service and product that is still do not buy this items at this facility they tell me that the vendor brings in from the items and if the items are not correct they will send them back but they still have them on the shelf for sale so I'm very dissatisfied I wasted my money on my gas to get a tire and time. read more

We weren't sure what the difference was between some of the candies and the lady that was working at the time named Cheyanne was very helpful and patient with my daughter and me.
