I purchased a pack of the sugar free lollipops, their socal chocolate box, their lollipop assortment and some of their seegars. You can't go wrong at See's. They have a nice variety of chocolate. Shout out to Alex who provided phenomenal service today. He highlighted some of their products while handing me a sample of delicious chocolate. While shopping at the mall, I decided to visit this location to purchase a few treats. The associate who assisted me was a young lady who had assisted me in the past and was very cheerful and professional. She informed me of the new flavors and offered complimentary samples of mint chocolate, as she was aware of my flavor preference. Located on the first floor of the Shops at Montebello. The store is a little small but fully stocked. Cashier was nice. Couldn't resist getting a free sample and additional chocolates. I tried the birthday cake...can't believe I'm saying this, but it was too sweet. Candies are $30.90 a pound so getting just three pieces of candy are already $4, but they're tasty! read more

This is my go to See's Candies location whenever I'm buying chocolate as a gift. They have a lot of pre made boxes to purchase, or you can also build your own box of candies. The chocolate itself is on the pricier end but is delicious and worth it in my opinion. The store is on the smaller end, however, everything is always fully stocked when I've come. The employees here are always exceptionally friendly and they always offer samples which I definitely appreciate. Overall, I would recommend coming here! read more

Chocolates are always delicious! But this review is solely for the customer service I witnessed my mother receive today. Maria P definitely needs to be spoken to and possibly even retrained. My mom asked for a custom boxed and was asked what size and my mom pointed to the premade boxes in red saying that size and Maria gave her attitude immediately about the sizing. Then my mother asked which chocolates were purely milk chocolate which the answer was again with an attitude saying "well they are all milk chocolate" which just because she couldn't understand that my mom meant no filling other then pure chocolate was no reason for the attitude. The final straw which will probably keep us from shopping at this location again was the fact that my mother asked to sample a whole milk chocolate and the way Maria tossed it on the glass it fell out of the wrapper and straight onto the glass and she never offered a new one. So my mom had to sample a piece of chocolate that fell on a glass that people have been touching all day. This isn't the first time we've experienced rude behavior from Maria it's just this time it was way to much. read more

I'm here right now, after giving these poor individuals the task of wrapping 34 boxes in Easter wrapping. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They didn't have all 34 available, but they immediately went into problem solving mode and accommodated for the last 10 items. I'm leaving the store with everything I came in for, AND a full tummy because as I was waiting, they offered me yummy samples. This location has an awesome manager (Alex)! I have had to purchase See's candy for party giveaways. Last year I needed 60 bags of their chocolate balls. I ended up going from one See's location to another to collect them. This year I informed Alex that I needed 70 bags of their milk and dark chocolate eggs. He told me that he would be able to take care of the order without me having to go from one store to another. I was highly impressed with his customer service along with all the other employees that work at this location. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the party was cancelled. I felt horrible having to return my order to Alex, since he was such a helpful manager. He totally understood that I needed to return the order. I returned the items within the same sealed boxes. I assured him that he will definitely be my go to person if ever I need to purchase party giveaways. I really like this location. I have gone to numerous See's locations, but this is the first See's location that I wrote a review for. read more

I recently found a 5 year old free pound box in my drawers and decided to make use of it. Pound tickets are only worth $21 and if you build your own box, you pay the difference of the $22 per pound cost. Service was excellent. I literally felt like I was offered at least half a pound of samples while building my box. Super friendly. Will be enjoying my chocolate all xmas week! read more

It's Christmas. It's See's candy in a mall. It's busy. Thankfully Elaine was there helping us fill a box with desirable. Impossible to be quick with all the choices but she was efficient with packing and offering selections for our taste profile. She also had that spark of enthusiasm that is usually worn down by the time Christmas week comes. The rest of the staff was on point as well. They were helping customers, restocking shelves and picking up wrappers discarded by careless people. Good job staff! read more

I went inside of See's to pickup a few treats for my elderly grandparents that used to take me to one on the east coast as a kid. They had a great assortment of candies, of all types and price ranges. The cashier was very friendly, and even gave me an extra bag for my grandma. Walked in today, Friday at 4pm. We love the chocolate here. Unfortunately, the service was not good. The lady rushed us through as we ordered 4 chocolates. I have been to this location several times and this is the first time I had to ask for my sample!? I asked the lady if they were not giving out samples and she seemed bothered by it. However, she did give us a sample chocolate. The attitude was unnecessary. It sucks when employees have a a bad day and make sure customers know about it. their chocolate is delicious! pretty pricey, i never realized how pricey chocolate can get lol. pepole are friendly. line moves really slowly depending on the customers in front of you because you basically can choose when you get to the counter and it takes time for the employees to pick out your chocolate and put it in the box. PRO TIP: use the paper selection they have near the back wall where the line starts. you can start selecting on that piece of paper and as soon as you get to the counter you can hand it to them. much faster!! for the sake of others and yourself i guess haha. read more

Came in with my kids and was greeted and welcomed! They offered each of me and my 3 kids a sample and answered my 9 year old questions in regards to the candy. The women helping us out was very kind sweet and patient. When asked about a specific candy she was quick to offer a sample of said candy and promptly asked us if there was anything else she could do for us. My kids can't wait to go back!
