This is the best 99-cent store I've ever gone to because they have everything for a house/apartment! Things surely had changed though, as prices increased on things that used to be only. 99 to now being $1.99-$5.99 Sheesh this is out of hand! Lord take the wheel I usually only go to these stores for my facial cleansing products as they are the only ones who carry items that I can use on my face without gaining pimples. I've never thought of grocery shopping at a $1 store but the way things are, it's probably not a bad idea. I saw a guy grocery shopping here and thought "WOW" a good idea or cheap? Not judging though I usually never really walk around as I go directly to what I need and leave but this time I thought that I'd see what other items that they offered and was amazed at the items I found, to be honest! Very interesting! I'm in this area often as there are plenty of restaurants, and stores, my gym the dinner movie theater, and my car show is held across the street There's plenty of free parking and this is a great area. Best 99 cent/dollar store in the area. This store is located next to Target and is very large. You can find just about anything you could need as far as household items. It's hard to come by hand sanitizer, soap, rubbing alcohol during covid-19 but they have plenty in stock here. They also have a large variety of birthday supplies, balloons, candles, candy and piñatas. open 7 days a week and most holidays. Helpful staff. Large parking lot. read more

This 99 cent store is the bomb! Clean, lots of great buys and willing friendly staff who will help you. I saw on Yelp that this location had 5 stars, so had to check it out! I'm glad there's a new manager I think his name is Tim? Very friendly and energetic person, I'm impressed... He really looks like he cares about the costumers, while I was waiting for another cashier he called me to another line and took care of me, then I noticed how others approached to him to ask permission, that's how I figured out he is the manager. I agree with the other reviewers that this place is super clean and I love the selection from mexican spices, to seasonal items to even produce. They even have bean sprouts and fresh coconut here. I was so impressed. I came here looking for balloons and I ended up purchasing beach and summer items, cute flip flops, an indoor plant, JoJo stationary set, squeezimals, candy, thai iced coffee (I usually only get canned coffee at the asian market), and 6 pre-filled helium (very convenient) balloons. So close to home and I had never been here. A variety of items at truly 99cents with the exception of a few marked a little higher. They have home items, foods-canned, packaged, produce!, frozen and cold cuts & cheeses. Really great. I was amazed at the low prices for produce. Bananas 49 cents a pound, plums 99 cents a pound, coconuts, mangos, artichoke, mushrooms --you name it. Good cleaning items too including that AWESOME brand that cleans so well. Enjoyed my brief $8.74 shopping trip, but I only wanted to spend half of that. Everything is pretty modern at this store and some of the deals for 99 cents are way better than the market. They had fresh peppers, huge green onions and nice stalks of celery. This location is smaller than other ones but it's always clean and organized. I love this place! Rarely a wait for a cashier and I'm not scared to walk to my car at night at this location compared to the one on Indian School. It's like day and night. Very clean and organized! Every couple of weeks when I go I usually find a few good items that you wouldn't normally see for $.99 and they keep it nice and and clean.
