To make up for the bad experience she promised we would get a really good deal on the purchase which I thought was a nice gesture. The jumper we ended up buying was supposed to be 2-3 years old and they gave a 1 year guarantee where they promised to come out and repair any holes etc. After only a couple of months we notices holes and we called for them to come to fix them. That was 6 months ago and they are ignoring my calls, nor have they come out to fix one single hole. I finally got ahold of the other owner Joe. He told me Mary Ann had no right to sell the bounce house and the unit was 8-9 years not 2-3 as she had stated. I offered for him to buy it back which he agreed to do. That is now 4 weeks ago he was supposed to have come and pick it up. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BOUNCER FOR YOUR KID'S PARTY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS, RIP OFF JERKS AND HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! Secondly, we paid for a black & white checkered dance floor and DID NOT receive that on the day of. We received a regular white dance floor: this was the BIGGEST disappointment for me. I was pretty sad, and let down by the lack of attention to detail here as this was a HUGE statement piece to my event. The delivery guy was kind and we helped him unload, but getting ahold of the owner for updated invoices was a bit tricky. Joshua would respond, then go MIA for a while. It was an overall very weird experience? Maybe you get what you pay for?
