Was there to buy a certain hair dye and the worker there convinced me to buy IroIro dye instead, saying "I LOVE this dye because it DOESNT STAIN" So I bought that one instead. There's a new worker there every month or so. The worst is there now. She has no personality at all. She's rude, if I ask a question, she just says over and over that she doesn't understand and to call corporate. It's bizarre. I went there when she was there on another day and had hoped she woudn't be there today. I was trying to ask about a certain color of hair product, she gave me contradicting answers and I just walked out and ordered the same product for more money off Amazon. I need to call corporate and see when she won't be there. As far as the store goes,it's really small. I worked at one in Long Beach. They have an okay range of hair colors,the employees there don't have any degree in hair styling so if they offer you advice, it's going to be from their own personal experience. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars it was my first time here I'm assuming the same worker everybody is talking about is the one I had experienced she was very rude I asked her if she had a dye and she rudely responded back not checking in the back for me my grandma was also with me and had asked a few questions about things and she responded with one word as if she didn't want to help with anything! I would give zero stars if that was an option! On Wednesday November 6th myself and my child we're verbally assaulted by an older woman with a short Pixy haircut. My 4 year old went to reach for something and she yelled at her "don't touch anything" it made me jump up to see what was going on and this woman was already on top of my child tell her not to touch anything. I told the woman "it's okay I got her" she looks at me and says "no it's not okay" I asked "what's not okay?" And the woman says "you need to keep your child right next to you" I told her "if you have any issues please talk to me about it and don't yell at my child" she said " I'll talk to your child however I want" while getting in my face! I told her " no you will not" and walked away. She followed my telling me I wasn't doing a good job on parenting and kept running her mouth. I stood up because she wouldn't leave me alone and she told me "there's cameras everywhere I dare you to try something" taunting me! This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life! I will never bring my business back to that place and neither will anyone I know! read more

One of the girls Amanda, has been a life saver for my hair. She's been so informative and polite when I came in and wanted to remove color from my hair but I didn't want to use more chemicals. She recommended and explained how the ion color remover works and that it isn't chemical activated. I really dislike beauty supply stores, not my favorite place to go but my best friend needed to go. When I met the assistant manager Kim she totally changed my experience. I ended up making some purchases and she explained everything and went above and beyond her call of duty. I will go back because she was real unlike a lot of salespersonel. Thank you Kim .. Today was a horrible day! I dropped my trimmers while at work & desperately needed a new pair so I could finish my super busy haircutting day! Kim, one of the managers for the day, was extremely helpful, went above & beyond, was very professional & very understanding of my rough day!
