As for management, I've seen more organization in a flock of startled pigeons. Every problem was met with the same expression: a blank stare that suggested they were hearing about the concept of customer service for the first time. The owners must be running a revolutionary new business model where profits are protected at all costs, including basic maintenance and paying employees enough to pretend they're happy to be there. The staff looked exhausted, underappreciated, and one server blinked "help me" in Morse code. Learning they've fired a server over a hearsay review confirmed my suspicions and compelled me to share my own experience in this unworthy establishment. The food arrived eventually.
