Wish I could give you a review of their service, but I didn't get that far. I asked for a quote to instal a smart toilet. He quoted me a 1,000. Regular toilet is 250. I try to explain it's hooked up the exact same way, but he held firm. It's crazy to charge more than the cost of the actual toilet. Hard pass. read more

Found this company on Yelp. I called them to make a service call to have a pipe replaced under my crawl space. Jaime was here within 35 minutes and crawling under my house. Came back out and told me how much. Honestly it was so quick that I thought I'd never see Jaime again Unfortunately I was not going to be there the next day. It took me about 2 weeks to find a good honest plumber in the Valley that actually had good business values. Michel called me back within 15 minutes of me posting on Yelp that I needed a plumber. He quoted me a price of $220 flat for the install. I told him that I was quoted $845 from Rooter Guard we both laughed. He had someone out within a few hours. Mauricio can out had a little issue with turning off the water and the angler stops but I told him to call Michel he quoted me $220 flat. To my surprise when he called Michel he was told how to correct the problem with out charging me extra money. This is how business should be conducted. However, I'm giving them a 5-star rating because 1) they were among the first to reply to me, 2) they were able to send someone within 45 minutes (estimated) to provide a free estimate, 3) that person actually showed up in 20 mins, and 4) they helped pinpoint the source of the leak. The job proposed was a bit larger in scope and I was on a much tighter timetable (work travel), so I opted for a much more local fix. A-1 saved my a**. I knew something was wrong when there was a strange sound coming from under the house and a spike in humidity in the laundry room. I had 2 different plumbers referred by American Home Shield come over, neither of whom could fix it. (One blamed a leak in the washing machine, another a leak in the water heater.) I found A-1 on Yelp and send a request at 8:20pm. Less than 20 minutes later, Michel called me and said he would have his team at the house first thing in the morning. Two great and friendly guys, Ziggy and Junior, were at my door at 8:30am. They quickly diagnosed a BURST WATER PIPE beneath my house. Within an hour, Ziggy was under the house and expertly replacing the older pipe with brand-new copper pipe. He texted me videos and photos every step of the way so that I could forward to my insurance company. They left the house and the yard spotless. My jaw dropped when I saw the bill ... it was significantly less than what I expected for everything for the amount and sophistication of the work performed. I hope I don't need a plumber again in the near future, but I've stored A-1's number in my phone in case I do.
