My Water Heater stopped giving Hot Water and in addition I had a leak in the bathtub spout. I requested quotes from Alpha Rooter and another three plumbers. Harry (the owner of Alpha Rooter) may have been the second person to respond (still within a decent time) yet was the first to confirm an appointment. I will note that he was willing to come a half an hour from our phonecall which is impressive! We agreed on a time the following day (today) and he came a little later, but communicated so in a professional way. The diagnosis and solution was explained well and he picked up the parts necessary, coming back to complete the jobs with ease. He is most likely not the cheapest, but I feel confident with his experience and knowledge in this important and possibly dangerous area. So recently we decided to change our stove top to full gas stove with oven we were having some problems which only the gas company answered our questions correctly and said we need a plumber long story short i called harout who is the field manager They arrived next day without me having an appointment because i had told him as soon as possible (less then 24 hours) so he squeezed me in between appointments which was a lucky break for us ! Told them I didn't get home until later in the day...no problem, they scheduled the appointment at 6 PM. Artur showed by promptly at 6 PM, he was polite and helpful. Harry was a god sent. Imagine wake up in the morning and you're not able to take a hot shower, wash your dishes or function because your water heater is out. I requested a quote from Harry on his Yelp page and in a matter of seconds he responded. It was very reasonable so called him to see when he would be able to come in (mind you, I had reached out to 4 or 5 other plumbers before I got to Alpha Rooter and none of them were free on this Saturday afternoon) Harry told be hell be able to come by in about an hour and half. Amazing I actually got a hold of someone when I called on Sunday afternoon and not some answering service that couldn't give me any information/answer - another company took over 2 hours just to return my call ... ummm... I need something fixed sooner rather than later. Arrival was on point. Gary got here advanced of the estimated time -hooray! Gary was fast, friendly, professional and the service was upfront with what was needed. Our issue - broken water shut off valve (snapped off-ugh - yeah old house) under the bathroom sink and needed the bathroom faucet replaced (I went out to buy the faucet since I wanted to pick that out).
