I already knew I wanted to come here when I got back. Well... life had other plans and I ended up getting another huge chip, so I stopped by right away, and I'm honestly so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. They were so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared. You can tell they take pride in what they do. A-1 Auto Glass did a great job installing a new windshield for my SUV. I had shopped around before making an appointment with them. Not only was A-1 Auto Glass responsive to my messages, but their quote was significantly less expensive (less than their competition even after they offered me a $50 discount to hurry and book with them). A-1 Auto Glass delivers. You can either book an appointment to have your auto glass installed at their place, or they will conveniently come to you for a small additional fee. I took my car to them, and they had it done in 30 minutes. The man at the counter was friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is comfortable. If you go to them, be aware that while the address says McColl Road, the address has two rows of buildings, and A-1 Auto Glass is located on the one in the back, not facing McColl. From McColl, you will need to turn east onto E Beech or E Cedar Ave. then turn into the complex, the back (east) side of the second row. Each row has several businesses. Horrible customer care. Made an appointment to change my windshield, on June 22 4pm when arriving , no glass available , nobody had the courtesy to notify me that I was driving there for nothing. Unfortunately the insurance company sent me there, I did not have an option. Nobody said sorry nobody cares at all. Shame on this business read more

I had a broken glass made a claim online they referred this company the person who installed the window was great but the man who set the appointment was terrible he said he was going to send someone to pick up my copay of 50.00 on Thursday then a week later he calls saying he had been calling me which was a lie i had no missed calls then he says the man who installs the windows was on his way he got here did a great job then he says it was a 100.00 copay. The man i had spoken to said it was only 50 dollars he was very unprofessional the window installer was great though he did a great job read more
