On August 7th, I went to Fix a Crack to have my windshield replaced. Alicia recommended a…read moreprotective film to prevent future cracks, which I purchased for $640. Unfortunately, less than two weeks later, the windshield cracked again. I contacted Alicia and she told me to bring the car back so they could fix it. At no point did she mention there would be an additional fee. When I brought the car in, Steven (her husband) removed the film and assured me he would replace it at their expense and "take the loss." However, after repairing the crack, Alicia charged me another $95--even though I explained I have unlimited windshield warranty coverage through Honda and wouldn't have been charged for a replacement elsewhere. To make matters worse, she later refused to reinstall the protective film I had already paid for, instead offering only a discount if I bought a new one. In the end, I lost the $640 film I purchased, paid an extra $95, and was left with a cracked windshield. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or business.

I already knew I wanted to come here when I got back. Well... life had other plans and I ended up getting another huge chip, so I stopped by right away, and I'm honestly so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. They were so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They worked quickly, efficiently, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It's rare to find businesses that are not only great at what they do, but also truly kind-hearted people, and this is definitely one of them. I will absolutely be coming back for any future auto glass needs and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. If you're on the fence, just go, you won't regret it!

A-1 Auto Glass did a great job installing a new windshield for my SUV. I had shopped around before…read moremaking an appointment with them. Not only was A-1 Auto Glass responsive to my messages, but their quote was significantly less expensive (less than their competition even after they offered me a $50 discount to hurry and book with them). A-1 Auto Glass delivers. You can either book an appointment to have your auto glass installed at their place, or they will conveniently come to you for a small additional fee. I took my car to them, and they had it done in 30 minutes. The man at the counter was friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is comfortable. If you go to them, be aware that while the address says McColl Road, the address has two rows of buildings, and A-1 Auto Glass is located on the one in the back, not facing McColl. From McColl, you will need to turn east onto E Beech or E Cedar Ave. then turn into the complex, the back (east) side of the second row. Each row has several businesses. When you reach A-1 Auto Glass the sign is quite visible and clear. I highly recommend A-1 Auto Glass!
