What can you ask for more than honesty? Billy inspected my cracked windshield on my Tesla. I basically wanted to put some resin on it, a "bandage" if you will, just to get back to California. He told me that it was a waste of my money as the windshield had "terminal cancer" and needs to be replaced when I got home. I appreciated his honesty and not wasting my time and money on a "quick fix" that in his words "was not guaranteed to work" and he recommended against it. I first went to safelite auto glass but they said the crack is too long that I need a replacement and I can't use my insurance coz I only have to pay $280+ tax and my insurance deductible is $500. These guys do a great, quick job. There's usually one man working, so just be patient. It doesn't take very long (about 5 minutes!). If you don't have insurance it's fairly inexpensive, I've been coming here for years and i would recommend them to anyone looking for a good chip repair. You must get these repairs quickly otherwise the repair won't stick (don't blame these guys for your laziness, dirt/rain water will seep into the cracks/chips). 10/10, will keep coming here (but hopefully I won't have to). read more
