He was very friendly and supportive when my auto payments had problems; calling to discuss and correct issues immediately so I was never late or charged any late fees. They were recently bought by a larger company and the personal service was gone. They also now make you pay more for insurance on your space and. Gone is the immediate phone response; now it's typical vmail clicks to get a response. I hated the new changes. Kevin always kept a great disposition and kept me laughing all the time.
