Edit: Business has since reached out. They have quickly resolved the issue and alleviated my concerns to my satisfaction. The property manager contacted me back in May to notify me that they need access to my unit to investigate the source of a smell (read: dead rodent). I do not live in state, so I sent a copy of my key by FedEx, with the agreement he would mail my key back soon after. It has been over a month since I sent my key. I have still not received it and found out yesterday - after calling several times with no answer - the property manager delayed sending my key back and then, a week and a half ago, sent it by regular USPS. Not certified. Not tracked. By regular mail. The key to my unit. It does not take 7+ days for mail to reach me, even by USPS. Essentially, they lost my unit key. No one has followed up with me about their gross negligence. read more

I rented one of the bigger inside units in Pat and Bev's storage facility for close to 3 years and all I can say is they provide a really nice place for keeping your things, very secure. When I came back and found a place to live, there was very minimal dust - no moisture damage or mold or any weathering to the items I kept there. Lots of space for everything I had to leave behind, the notifications/updates for any rate changes were on-time, clear and transparent. I had a bit of trouble understanding how to key-in early in my tenancy, but Pat and Bev were both understanding (sorry for the confusion and the alarm!) and were very kind in informing me where I went wrong. I've been storing my belongings at this place for over a year. And I have to say, I absolutely love it! When I moved from Reno to Roseville, I contacted them. She was so nice to listen to my snot-nose, and babbling tears. I was given so much information I had to come to use their facilities. When I finally came and saw the units, the property was super-duper clean. I was told each unit has an alarm system and of course there's a gate surrounding the property. My unit is inside and of course it's clean and secured with cameras. I've never seen trash of any kind blowing in the wind or sitting on the property. More than once they approached us with ice cold water! Have you ever had that kind of service while doing your business at a storage unit? I now live an 1.5 hours south from my unit, but I'm sure it would be a needle in a hay-stack to find another place half as trust-worthy and clean. So I'm staying! The management lives on the property (smack dab in the eyeball of everything.), I've inever worried about my belongings. This place can never be matched (in California, I'm trying not to be biased) from what I've experienced. Just go and look to witness for yourselves. read more

I feel my items are very secure there and I like the fact that someone lives on the premises full-time. I would recommend this storage facility for all your storage needs. I was sick in the hospital, after losing my wife of 53 years. I was only late a month on my rent and they cut my lock without following standard procedures. When I came to pay my bill after getting out the hospital, I found the lock cut and my things broken into. My deceased wife's fur was stolen and a lot of my things were broken. There were also numerous rat traps placed without my knowledge. My grandson accidentally stepped on one. When I spoke with the front office manager, she refused to speak with me. This is after over ten years of loyalty. It's deplorable that they think that this is acceptable customer service especially to an frail elderly veteran.! From the first time I called them and then got my storage unit they have been the utmost professional organization. Their storage units are new and modern, security is top notch and access is easy.
