The lady who handled my rental agreement was great as she handled 3 new customers. The unit was clean and had easy access to cart to move items to truck. I rented one of the bigger inside units in Pat and Bev's storage facility for close to 3 years and all I can say is they provide a really nice place for keeping your things, very secure. When I came back and found a place to live, there was very minimal dust - no moisture damage or mold or any weathering to the items I kept there. Lots of space for everything I had to leave behind, the notifications/updates for any rate changes were on-time, clear and transparent. I had a bit of trouble understanding how to key-in early in my tenancy, but Pat and Bev were both understanding (sorry for the confusion and the alarm!) and were very kind in informing me where I went wrong. I've been storing my belongings at this place for over a year. And I have to say, I absolutely love it! When I moved from Reno to Roseville, I contacted them. She was so nice to listen to my snot-nose, and babbling tears. I was given so much information I had to come to use their facilities. When I finally came and saw the units, the property was super-duper clean. I was told each unit has an alarm system and of course there's a gate surrounding the property. My unit is inside and of course it's clean and secured with cameras. I've never seen trash of any kind blowing in the wind or sitting on the property. More than once they approached us with ice cold water! Have you ever had that kind of service while doing your business at a storage unit? I now live an 1.5 hours south from my unit, but I'm sure it would be a needle in a hay-stack to find another place half as trust-worthy and clean. So I'm staying! The management lives on the property (smack dab in the eyeball of everything.), I've inever worried about my belongings. This place can never be matched (in California, I'm trying not to be biased) from what I've experienced. Just go and look to witness for yourselves. read more

I feel my items are very secure there and I like the fact that someone lives on the premises full-time. I would recommend this storage facility for all your storage needs. And the price was great too! I received 50% off for 2 months with no long term contracts. The only downfall was that it's not climate controlled and with the heat up North, I will not be storing photos, candles etc. in the unit. But otherwise, they get a 5-star review from me! read more

I was sick in the hospital, after losing my wife of 53 years. I was only late a month on my rent and they cut my lock without following standard procedures. When I came to pay my bill after getting out the hospital, I found the lock cut and my things broken into. My deceased wife's fur was stolen and a lot of my things were broken. There were also numerous rat traps placed without my knowledge. My grandson accidentally stepped on one. When I spoke with the front office manager, she refused to speak with me. This is after over ten years of loyalty. It's deplorable that they think that this is acceptable customer service especially to an frail elderly veteran.! If you value your belongings and being a respected customer DON'T come here!!! read more

From the first time I called them and then got my storage unit they have been the utmost professional organization. Their storage units are new and modern, security is top notch and access is easy. However, to seal the deal is the wonderful people and the excellent customer service. When we were moving in and it was in the heat of summer they came by with cold water. Pat, Bev & Michael are the most awesome team. Michael works on Friday & Saturday. This storage facility is deserving of 10 stars. I have been preparing for an out of state move. I was having a U-Pack Trailer delivered on 9/20/18. 2 weeks prior I hired a man who was looking for odd jobs, $15 per hour, minimum of 4 hours to help me load my property from storage to the trailer. Confirmed with him on 9/20 he would be there on 9/21. Later on he called & said he wouldn't be able to do the job. I was stunned. I went to meet the trailer but stopped at the office to confirm with Bev where the trailer would be parked. I told her what had happened & she game me the names & telephone numbers of possible companies that could help. Mind you this was at 4 pm. After I met the driver & the trailer was dropping off, I made my calls. I was able to hire a company Top Shelf Moving. They showed up Friday at a little after 7 am, loaded everything I needed loaded in 2 hours. If Bev had not given me the names, I would probably still be loading that trailer. The entire team at Roseville Self Storage are wonderful & they have my heartfelt that's for being so wonderful! read more
