I come and and the guy rings the bell for will call. Wait 5 minutes and no one comes. Ring again. Someone comes. He spent 10 minutes trying to find my order and couldn't. Then I had to wait 15 minutes in line and then someone wrote up my order and I went to pay for it. They told me I had to drive somewhere a few blocks away to pick up my items. Fine. I did that. And I get there and they say they are out of stock of 3 of my four items. Why did they just sell me out of stock items and not tell me. Now I have to call on the phone and convince them I didn't actually get the three items I paid for and they need to credit my card. I didn't have the time to drive 2 blocks and back wait in line again. Update: they don't take phone calls on the weekend, even though they are open. !!?! And all of this took an hour, which should have taken less than 5 minutes and completely messed up my whole day of scheduled events.

He also showed us multiple dishwashers including a brand new stainless steel Whirlpool at a great price. I saw a new Maytag washer. My husband rolled his eyes until he saw that it was exponentially nicer than our decades old one that kept throwing its belt off. It was only $500 (retail is $800). Then I saw the matching dryer (used 2016 model). It was only $200 (also $800 retail). They serviced it, so it is like new. Basically, we got two new and one like new appliance for a little more than the cost of one!. They even included extras like a new dryer vent and clamps, a dryer rack, and a cord to fit our box. John and his assistant are honest, helpful, and beyond fair. In a time of big box stores selling cheap junk, We Share Appliances offers top of the line stuff for less money. It is a work room, not a show room, but the appliances look perfect in our house. Our new washer has small scratches on the sides but it's built-in. The dryer has a couple scratches on the plexiglass door, but I'll gladly look at them and smile because I saved $600! We live almost 250 miles south of Reno, but We Share Appliances will be our first choice from now on. It's the real deal. And, I appreciate that they fix used appliances and get them back in service at affordable prices. It's good for the environment and the economy and us!

Manufactured homes are notorious for having the cream of the crap and oddball products for manufacturing the homes. Chris was the whiz that worked there, he was able to get the correct faucet stems and accompanying parts to make my plumbing job much easier. Unlike the large big box hardware stores that offer no customer service, Chris was able to grind/cut off the older faucet parts to find out what replacements I needed. This alone was value that a big box hardware store could not offer. These guys are great at this store.

I cringe when I see her on the register and would rather not shop there at all when that cashier is there. She is just so rude. Taller older lady with graying hair and glasses. Even being used appliances, they have lasted for years and have not had to be replace. Now, our refrigerator went out in our own home and I couldn't bring myself to pay over $1000 dollars for a new one so I am glad that we have the option and were aware of Sun Valley Appliances. We got a nice used refrigerator at a great price, and when we got home, we realized we didn't measure the depth and so it didn't fit. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I read All Sales Final on the receipt. However, I still called and spoke to Sherri, explained we didn't want a refund but to exchange for one that would fit. She was so helpful and understanding and allowed us to make an exchange. Both the employees on the floor were also helpful and assisted with the loading/unloading. I recommend this place for all your appliance needs. It is locally owned and operated. They sell the appliances at a great price and even offer 90 day warranty and delivery services. Thank you to Sherri and the store employees that were so helpful to us.

Their guy removed the part (Spider Gear), it was a bit time consuming, but I completely understood as I had just done the work to remove my own and found it disintegrating on the inner stainless tub. Nicole charged a fair price for the used replacement part, but upon removal they could not tap the bolts out. Due to the pot metal (Zinc blend) on these Spider Gears. Nicole further discounted the part, so that I could proceed to take it home and tap these bolts out myself. Ultimately, the part did not work for me, as the metal framework (being softer than the bolts) cracked as the bolts were tapped out. However I was still impressed with their professional and fair conduct with this transaction and if I need a washer/dryer or any parts in the future, I will definitely come to them first. Shawn A.
