I just had a horrible experience here. I'd rate them a zero for service if I could. I called ahead one day to have what I needed at will call. I come and and the guy rings the bell for will call. Wait 5 minutes and no one comes. Ring again. Someone comes. He spent 10 minutes trying to find my order and couldn't. Then I had to wait 15 minutes in line and then someone wrote up my order and I went to pay for it. They told me I had to drive somewhere a few blocks away to pick up my items. Fine. I did that. And I get there and they say they are out of stock of 3 of my four items. Why did they just sell me out of stock items and not tell me. Now I have to call on the phone and convince them I didn't actually get the three items I paid for and they need to credit my card. I didn't have the time to drive 2 blocks and back wait in line again. Update: they don't take phone calls on the weekend, even though they are open. !!?! And all of this took an hour, which should have taken less than 5 minutes and completely messed up my whole day of scheduled events. read more

Above and beyond customer service! Jeff Mecca helped me locate a very similar 1960's Moen faucet to what I currently have in my house. I was going to go down and buy it, but Jeff called back because he had located a cartridge to fit my faucet. The cartridge was 10% the cost of the new faucet. That is great customer service!!! As you enter they have to sanitize your hands and they take your temperature (I think a plus). Plenty of parking. Thank you Stacie for all your help. I've been looking for at least a month and Stacie made this so simple. They had to order my faucet and stopper but timeframe is quick. You just need to go and check this place out! Pros: lots of great choices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, huge showroom, prices are comparable to online store (but here you get to see them in person). We were in need of a bathtub for a bathroom remodel happening within a week. In a pinch, we decided to check out the Inspire showroom. Immediately when we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly receptionist and asked what brought us in. She told us it would be a few minutes before a salesman would be available. The wait wasn't long and the sales manager that helped us was so knowledgeable and professional. They had the tub we selected in stock and had delivery available for the next day with no additional cost for delivery. The showroom itself is immaculate. They have a wide variety of fixtures, faucets, tubs, drawer pulls, door hardware, vanities, and kitchen plumbing fixtures. I was so impressed by the selection that they had and how pristine the showroom is maintain. There are endless options for kitchen and bathroom finishes here. This place is huge and they opened for business bright and early at 5:30AM. Drove around and finally found the HVAC building on their lot. Counter manager was very helpful. Back up a few days AC stopped working late Friday and service people didn't pickup calls over the weekend. Looked at the problem without AC all weekend and decided to try what is called a "run capacitor". Reno's largest plumbing supply outside of Lowe's and Home Depot. I think the first floor is for professionals. I always head straight up the stairs when I walk in. That's where the showroom is. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door to the showroom and directed to the left. I was looking for a new sink and faucet. Off hand it doesn't look like there are many choices for sinks, but hold on. Those aren't really cabinet drawers. Many different sizes and styles of sinks are smartly hidden in drawers uber the display sinks. I had my choices made in less than 20 minutes. And the staff printed my selections out with prices so I could send the kitchen guy in later to pick up. As far as the best pricing, not too sure. I found the same sink elsewhere for $150 less and the faucet $50 less. But the selection is big. read more

If you're shopping for new sink/shower/bathroom/kitchen and water related appliances you've come to the right place. Very knowledgeable sales associates without the high pressure. Many/most of the faucets are live, you can turn them on and get running water. That's real helpful when you want to see exactly how some of the technology works in these new designs. I am not a contractor but a do it yourself customer. While trying to get information about what I need for the project, I felt Insulted because I didn't know know all the terminology. One of the service representatives was laughing and looked to the customer behind me as if I was an idiot. I can't believe I am saying this but Home Depot and Lowe's provides better service and Ace is the best regarding customer service, Your service people should be there to help not insult people. Don't be put off by the "this must be for contractors only" facade. They are welcoming and provide assistance to the homeowner who needs something for a DIY project. We needed to buy a replacement kitchen faucet and my husband has been very frustrated by the quality of fixtures available at the big box stores and the local hardware stores. Do you realize how hard it is to find a faucet made out of metal that will last longer than 15 minutes? We went up to their showroom on the second floor and entered decorator heaven. No stodgy contractor special plain white ceramics and blah stainless steel painted plastic fixtures here. They had sinks and tubs and taps and faucets galore of almost every imaginable design and style. We looked at the section devoted to kitchen faucets and found a number of sleek modern items that were solid metal. We found one of brushed nickel hand crafted lovingly by Swiss maidens while sitting atop some flower strewn alp - no not really, but it is Swiss made and solid. My husband asked about having someone install it for us as he is not really very keen on crawling into the cabinet and wrestling with plumbing at this point in his life. They do not do installation, however, they were able to give us a recommendation. We were very satisfied by the service and the selection. Will definitely use them again. read more

I had to repair a bathtub spout and when I went to the smaller hardware stores they all pretty much carried the same kind of generic spout. When I pushed it on the pipe is gave way and didn't seem to fit right. I went to Western Nevada Supply and bought the exact Moen replacement. IT wasn't cheap but it slipped on exactly like it was supposed to go on. So Western Nevada Supply met a need the chain hardware stores were able to meet. Service is good. read more

After spending several thousand dollars at Western Nevada supply with one of the sales people for a sink and faucet everything had to be ordered, I asked for deliveries because I am unable to lift heavy packages. My sink was delivered all 200 pounds in front of my garage door and I got a phone call from somebody saying they rang my bell and nobody was home so The package was left for me. I needed to get my neighbor to help me move it into my garage. My doorbell works fine it was specially designed for my ranch style house. It came WITHOUT The drain basket that goes on the sink side and the garbage disposal trim on that side and neither one of those were ordered so I called up and asked him to order for me oh Woopsie he forgot. Then when I open the box with the sink in it no brackets so I had to call him about brackets and he said oh your installer should have some why don't you ask him. Now I have to take a picture of the sink a picture of the information out of the box with dimensions and send it to my INSTALLER. Just hated that because I didn't want to be in charge of much, I'm paying people to do everything for me except to collect a few items. Western Nevada is "full you know what" and then I found out that the basket that they ordered for the sink was all over the Internet and I could've purchased from Amazon for half the price that they charged me.
