She could have been nice the say they were no longer a Babylock distributor. Because of her rudeness I have not stepped into this store again nor have I kept their playing card that you get for buying in their store. Left there and went over to Sierra Sewing where the people working there are courteous and helpful at all times. Sierra Sewing also offers some wonderful classes. If asked by anyone about where to find a great machine embroidery/quilting/material store I will recommend the store with great customer service.

A few snacks to start with and we got to choose our colors and go at our pace choosing the design we wanted to make a unique take home project. My first one didn't cure right leaving air bubbles so I was able to make a second one at Ambers insistence and with the help of my granddaughter made it in blues and whites which I really liked. Amber said I could try to leave out the one that didn't cure right in the sun for awhile and the bubbles might go away. We enjoyed browsing in the shop a little bit too and my daughter bought some earrings and a hair clip. Would love to try another class soon!

They have a really great selection of fancy yarn (I found this yarn that was part silk and wool, it was a Japanese brand!), and I really enjoyed browsing around. They also have a good wall of different knitting needles and crochet hooks, along with other useful notions, like yarn needle extenders (something that I've been looking at online, so I'm happy to see it here in person!). It's a real cute shop, as several people were around there working on their projects, and I can't wait to come back here to try out their stitch nights!

We sent them pictures of the chairs and they promptly responded with a quote and told us how many yards of fabric to get. The quote was very reasonable so we decided to use them. They did a home visit to look at the chairs, and, after looking at our fabric, told us how they thought the fabric should be placed on the chairs. We agreed with their recommendations so they took the chairs and the fabric to their shop. We got the chairs back in a timely fashion. They were delivered yesterday evening and they are absolutely stunning! We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and the look of the chairs. Additionally, their customer service throughout the entire process was flawless. If you need to have anything reupholstered, I highly suggest giving Uplift a call. You won't be disappointed!

We recently (July 2026) purchased business cards from Reno Print Store (RPS) and the whole…read moreexperience was good from start to finish. My husband had a business card on file from a previous purchase, but he wanted several changes and RPS was up to the task. The original card was one-sided, and he wanted changes to that front side and also to add graphics to the back of the card, making it a two-sided colored-ink card. There were several back-and-forth emails to confirm exactly what he wanted and to look at proofs. On one of the exchanges, RPS had taken the extra step of showing us an option we had not considered and ended up using. Both text and graphics are very sharp, even though some had to be made small to fit on the card. Customer service was always quick and courteous. If you need any sort of printing done, we highly recommend Reno Print Store. NOTE: Regarding the photo, take into consideration it's been saved to my computer in a few different formats and I had to use the snipping tool as well. In real life the images are very sharp and clear; I added the photo to provide an idea of the complexity of the work RPS can do.

Stopped in to have several name badges made for our non-profit…read more Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to do business with and not taken aback by my lack of camera ready art work. I guess I hadn't realized how much simple name badges had gone up in price since purchasing several years ago. I remember the last time I purchased from a company that was local and unfortunately owners have retired, so that's no longer business option. Previously badges were between eight and $10, today the estimate was around $22 apiece. Now that's quite an uptick, especially for a nonprofit, to be coming up with for 13 badges. i went ahead and placed the order, because we do need the badges. But I think I might shop around further if I need another set made.
