I also use a 5x10 that's double the size of the smaller one. The failure is clean and they have small flatbeds carts that you can use to transport your belongings from your car to the unit. I gave it 3 stars because the hours are limited for what you can do. There are not enough flat beds and when I asked management for the bigger ones she just gave me an explanation that either they are in another building or someone put it in their unit. I mean it was almost nonchalant how she explained it. They should enforce the practice of returning the cart to the area.

Cons: As soon as this became a Storage Post, my rate began rising, eventually doubling over the course of three years until I cleared out and left. Every six months, I got a letter in the mail saying that they were raising rates that they promised they'd lock in for six months, with no indication of a ceiling. Looking at the most recent copy from this past March, I notice that they've left out the "six months" part. To me, that kind of practice is worth a two-star deduction. Here's most of the letter: "Thank you so much for being a customer at our Storage Post - Rockville Centre Storage Post storage facility. It's great customers like you that have allowed us to be one of the most popular storage facilities in the area! As you have seen, we've upgraded the property to make it even cleaner, safer, and more convenient for our customers!
