My husband is familiar with towing and trailers, but I was new (except for watching a lot of Youtube videos for newbies!), and Ray spent several hours explaining everything and answering my questions when we picked it up. Brandon set up the hitch on our SUV that day, everything is perfectly balanced, it uses newer bluetooth technology to connect the braking system, and he was also patient with my questions. Ray has great insights, is an honest businessperson, loves and has extensive knowledge about the RV industry, gets things done by the date we need (adding accessories like better entry steps, winterizing, de-winterizing, etc. -- it's a small family business so we try to give enough notice and keep our requests reasonable), and wants his customers to enjoy their leisure time with the RV (instead of just buying and having it sit). Ray, his son Brandon, and his wife are a joy to talk with and get ideas about RVing from.

They talk a good game and advertise a good game, but when it comes down to it...nope! I picked my vehicle up, still had dents in the door. Missing parts and they left uninstalled parts on the passenger seat. They also killed the battery somehow. A cheese ball outfit. Is it the office? Is it management? Is it the employees? Whatever it is, they're not bringing anything to the table. I'll tell everybody I meet who's looking for auto bodywork to avoid this place at all costs.

It has now been 1 month and my daughter still doesn't have her Keep back. I did not know she brought it to this place til after the fact otherwise i would of highly discouraged because i have never heard of anything good about Tom & ED'S from former employees to customers. They are very incompetent for a body shop and the quality of work is poor. I highly recommend NOT using this place unless you don't care about the quality or how long they have your vehicle after giving you a date fpr completion.

We limped it over there and Greg said he would get us in first thing in the morning. We spent the night in the parking lot and they got us in first thing. Found out we needed a fuel pump. Had to drop the fuel tank to access it. But they got us back on the road that day. Awesome service. I believe the service advisor name was Greg. This was back in 2000---but i just found the receipt and never forgot about the great service we received.

My insurance company sent my daughter's car to Tom & Ed's for repair. They then lied to her about not needing insurance approval. They also lied about what they were having her sign. I'm the policyholder (and an insurance defense attorney), so I asked them to send me the form, and they refused to do so. Instead, they refused to work on the car altogether and insisted that the car be taken to another shop. Which I was more than happy to do! Very shady behavior.
