We limped it over there and Greg said he would get us in first thing in the morning. We spent the night in the parking lot and they got us in first thing. Found out we needed a fuel pump. Had to drop the fuel tank to access it. But they got us back on the road that day. Awesome service. I believe the service advisor name was Greg. This was back in 2000---but i just found the receipt and never forgot about the great service we received.

The insert for my trailer hitch would not come out. I approached these folks who in turn gave me excuses rather than solutions as to why that weren't interested. I guess the bicycle business is better suited. I went down the street to a private business that applied heat to the hitch and a few taps with a sledgehammer and it was removed. I understand that every situation is different, unfortunately your lack of effort to even try speaks volumes to me.

The finance gentleman John his idea of closing was an email that said sign here. The service department was awful, the service manager never answered any of my questions in a clear manner. Luis who was the senior person at this location when we requested his help on our issues he either never called us back or handed our issues off to others. No corrective action taken. I have had several communications with a senior official in the company again silence.
