He confirmed the process that their team would be undergoing and gave me some tips on some other house issued that I have. Loi and his team kept me up to date on their progress and I went into the attic to confirm and was completely satisfied. They also went the extra mile making a few adjustments on my attic door enclosure, that was drooping down slightly. They were in and out in about 3 hours or so. The two other people in the home, heard it as well. The over the garage was not insulated. Now I understand, that I should have checked before I left the other review. That's on me. I shouldn't have taken anyone else's word, and I should have gotten the ladder and looked. When I texted the man who came here, I was told yes "no, it only includes over living space". The insulation over the living space is nicely done. I am very pleased with that. Just very irritated that, what I was told was going to happen, and included, turns out it's not.
