It's almost impossible to find a local appliance repair person, let alone one you can totally trust! We've known Jason for a few years now. Jason is knowledgeable, accommodating, trust worthy, respectful, helpful, efficient, timely and his fees are MORE than fair! We never worry about him taking advantage of us or anyone we recommend him to. He ALWAYS returns calls. He does not EVER blow off a customer. If he isn't sure about something, he calls the resources he works with. I've heard him speak to people at GE re our dryer. He's always very patient and respectful. Jason is very easy to work with and really a delight to be around. He doesn't dilly dally. He gets in, does the work and he's onto his next job. He doesn't take shortcuts or do things cheap. If you live alone, are a senior aged person or a young adult, you do not EVER have to worry about welcoming Jason into your home. You can trust him, believe what he is saying, believe that his work is quality and first class and lastly that he's not going to price gouge you. I can't say enough positive things about Jason K. This was great but then they said they couldn't deliver it for another day but if I wanted to pay another $100 they could deliver it during their lunch break. Ok I did it. Then it arrived and it is the damned noisiest machine I've ever heard. They came over to investigate but said "it's just loud." Never again will I shop there. I even bought the $500 warranty but they dont seem to think anything is wrong. They're awful!

Our 3 month old new Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer was making noises-putting small puddles of water on the floor and had a freezer door seal that was loose. Benjamin was scheduled from a nearby town in a day or so and was very prompt with even a "heads up call" when he was 3 minutes away. He is super polite, very cordial and clean and tidy. Benjamin is a true "PRO" in all aspects from analysis to full repair in all aspects. He also has all the appropriate physical skills required for appliance repair from agility to dexterity and strength of moving a full size refrigerator/freezer. His info was different from mine, that I have had for the 4 or 5 years we have owned the refrigerator. He was patient, but somehow he had the wrong instructions. What he should had seen is on page 17 of the owner's manual. See below. I knew the filter was supposed to be turned 1/4 a turn, but what he was looking at was different. It said just push the filter into the receptacle. Wrong model? The filter would not turn, he said, even in the new receptacle. How did it work according to the manual for several years and now has changed? Anyway, he pushed the filter in straight with no rotation, and water flowed. So he took the new part he had ordered and left. We can hope all continues to work. How could he have the wrong instructions? Is this GE's fault? I can't fathom it. Anyway, a nice guy, and so far the filter is working even tho it was installed incorrectly.

A couple thing has set my mind with this company. Couldn't get them replaced because they sold us tires that were close to being expired with the specs on the tires. Second of all I have been a customer for several years. I've noticed every time I get new tires weather for mine or someone's else's vehicle They don't seal very well. Always leaking around the rim and tires, got charged every time I took the tire in to be repaired. My theory was right; I bought new tires elsewhere for my daughter van and for my granddaughter and just have not had any issue like from this place. They maybe fast at changing tires but you'll pay more in the long run.

The man told us he'd get back to us about the problem and part. He never did. They were closed for four days and when they reopened, I called. Nothing had been done. It appears someone did a quick look and called us back. They said they couldn't get the part for six months. I get this happened over the holidays and I know we've all had some supply chain issues. All that said, it took almost three weeks to get an answer, they didn't follow through on calling us, and had no solutions once I called them.
