For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

Matthew, one of the service techs, took the time to answer a few questions I had about some issues we've been experiencing with the vehicle. He walked me through what he could see from underneath the car and explained a few things that will really help when we take it to our mechanic for further repairs. That extra attention and willingness to explain things makes a big difference. They do a super fantastic job every time. Found out that the oil pan was stripped and it cost almost $1000 to fix the problem. Take 5 claimed they were not responsible because it couldn't be proven it was their responsibility. Since no one touched it between their oil change and the problem being found it seems pretty clear to me. If it was stripped when they did the oil change that should have been something they reported to us. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they wouldn't own up to it.
