Their camera inspection and subsequent excavation found significant issues beneath the home, including approximately 10-15 feet of improperly pitched sewer line that required correction during a complete under-slab sewer replacement. As a homeowner, I relied on 4 Star's expertise to properly diagnose and resolve the issue. Instead, I spent thousands of dollars, suffered water damage, disrupted my tenants, and ultimately had to move forward with a major sewer replacement project through another contractor. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when I raised my concerns.
