On the day of my service appointment to clean my living room carpet, I received a professional and helpful text from the technician, Davonne, letting me know he was on his way and what time he would be there - a little bit earlier than was scheduled. He was professional, thoughtful, super thorough with great attention to detail. He gave me some helpful tips about my aged carpet- I'm in a rental- and then proceeded to do a really terrific job cleaning it. The stuff they use does not have a strong smell which was a real plus for me, he got out all of the stains from the wear and tear of living that had accumulated over time, and really just made this carpet - which really should be replaced - look so much better. Price point was super fair and Davonne really went the extra mile, helping me move furniture around, showing me how to put tin foil on the bottoms of the furniture when I put it back so that the carpet can fully dry and I just really could not ask for more. What a great experience! Davonne arrived on time and explained the products that he was using and gave me tips for future accidents. I was very appreciative of the use of green products, since I only use green products for cleaning. My daughter got a puppy and while training her, she has had quite a few accidents. After getting my carpet cleaned I was really disappointed with the result. I sent a text message with my feedback to the owner on the number listed on yelp business page. Unfortunately, this is a land line and the message did not reach the management. After 2 weeks, I posted my review on yelp. Within a few hours, I got a call from the owner(micheal) to whom I explained the situation in detail. Micheal agreed to send someone once again to get my carpet cleaned. Haven't had the floors done in a bit and was hesitant during this cooky time in our world to do so right now. I dropped my line out though and Stay Cleaned Up did the dang thang! Lol requested a quote first and got a response in less than 5 mts. Called and discussed needs with Michael and was scheduled for the next day! I got a call when my tech was on his way and text updates until he arrived too. When D arrived he did a walk through with me and then got to work. Our floors weren't too bad so this was just a spiff up and they look brand new just like when we just moved in. Very much appreciated that it went so quickly and we did a PM appt so we could leave the windows open and dry overnight but we were told 4 -6 hrs dry time on average. We've used this company twice now, once two years ago and one today. Obviously they did a great job for me to remember them from two years ago and today, again, did not disappoint. Wonderful customer service and really fantastic results! I called early on a Tuesday morning in desperation after another company left me high and dry, and they squeezed me in on the same day. They gave me a quote over the phone and told me it could vary a little based on stains and such. And the final bill was exactly as they estimated (much appreciated no surprise charges!). This was for a move-out carpet cleaning and the home was empty and I could not be there. So, I'm not sure who exactly was responsible for the amazing carpet cleaning but I was impressed! This also could have easily been an opportunity to do a mediocre job, considering the customer wasn't even there at the property. This experience was a joke. It started off with a call saying he was going to be late to our "10:30" appointment. Our appointment was arrival between 11:30-12:30.. well he didn't show up until almost 2 which is also my daughter's nap time. I didn't know it needed to be moved.. he said ok I told him I was putting her down and shortly after he yelled for me from upstairs- right outside her room *I was downstairs He then asked if I could vacuum my downstairs couches before he cleaned them..to make it easier for him? Ok I hired you guys to clean my couches- why would I do it myself He later told me he assumed it would be full of pet hair but it wasnt... idk why he assumed When he was half way done he asked me if I had anything to eat and drink because he was hungry and never took a lunch.. ok this is getting way way unprofessional. You guys need to figure out your employees lunches When he was almost done he informed me he had busted my hose.. seriously? Anything else..? By the end of it he kept toting about how great of a job he did and that it looks "so much better" I keep my house super clean. There weren't stains or anything anywhere and it wasn't that dirty- I just wanted it cleaned. Everything looked the same just wet. He asked that I give a 5 star review. After he packed up there were clumps of nasty stuff from his hose all over my house and blue scuff marks all over my brand new flooring. It's now the next day and my sectional is still wet, my area rug which I've only had for 2 months is warped and no longer laying flat. There's also a weird residue texture on it..
