They do very good work, but I don't like paying ahead for them to do a full car examination when you go in for one thing so they tend to be overpriced because of that it's not like you get credit for the fact that they tell you that your brakes need to be redone when you're there to have your radiator fixed read more

They damaged my bumper quite a few years ago, they did not report it. Had to take it in to the body shop they work with which was inconvenient. Late last year 2024 I took it in and told them back doors were not locking with the rest of the doors and that they all needed lubrication especially the side door. I was told when it was ready that the side door locked just fine, no problem... and someone had color coded the keys (has two since its an older chevy van)... I presume bc they thought I'd gone senile and that's why I thought the side door locking was broken when it wasn't. Basically the desk blonde needs to go and doesn't listen. Then I don't notice it right away and I don't drive that often, and what do I find but a huge dent in the back door. It wasn't there when I arrived for service, but I wasn't sure when it happened since I didn't notice it right away... finally I figured out someone likely opened the door too hard and dented it with the tail light corner. Another old Chevy van like mine has the exact same dent. Can't prove it, but just don't go there if you can help it. Techs will likely not report body damage they do. read more

Used to work marine diesel, but not a sparkie, so it was nice to have a place run by professionals for the rig, and over the years they've done great work. This is the kind of shop you wish you had when you bought the rig. Even if I lived clear down in Seattle, I would drive all the way up here to Fleet Services, Everett. Their front end work has my rig driving like a Lexus, no kidding. Hands free! (I didn't say that. : ) There prices are a good value, and being able to get drop-off and pickup times is a real bonus. rought in my Class C RV for a tune up and oil change. Used to take to Harris Ford Isuzu, but they won't take RV's anymore, referred me to Fleet. A lot of shops won't take RV's anymore. Scheduled about 2 weeks out, dropped off on Wed and picked up Fri afternoon. No issues or problems to speak of, Roy the service advisor was communicative through the diagnosis and recommendations. The entire office staff were a pretty friendly bunch. Most importantly, rig is running and driving much better now, so I assume that the proper and needed repairs were made. Nothing is cheap anymore, especially for professional services. Their 3 year 36 month warranty that they have for their repairs and parts is almost unheard of. They didn't need to, but they gave me a free car wash pass, too. I will bring my other vehicles to their shop for service. Difficult to find a competent repair shop to trust in the area. No problem with the work but I made a mistake that you should not make. Brought my Ford F150 for transmission oil change. After my bill was paid, I thought it might be a bit high so I called Epic Ford for a quote on the same work and found that Fleet was more expensive than the dealer. Contacted Fleet and they were nice and told me to go get a written estimate from Epic and on my next visit they would honor the difference. For me $15. is not the issue. My problem is that they charge more than a dealer. Do your homework and get other quotes before going to Fleet. read more

They graciously allowed me to leave my car then until I could schedule a longer tow back to the Olympic Peninsula. They even were able to run the diagnostics to help us know what to repair when it arrived home! So helpful! Would recommend to anyone! read more

They have an experienced staff that know to service, fix and maintain cars, trucks, gas, diesel and commercial vehicles. Fixing your car right, the first time is always the top priority and they take time to explain your service and options before you are stuck with a surprise bill. You can find cheaper, more convenient locations or shops that claim to specialize in your personal vehicle, but these guys will make you feel like your found the shop you have been looking for. Feel confident that you got the best service, and didn't over pay for unnecessary repairs. You will be so satisfied that you find yourself sending all your family and friends. It's been a while since my wife mistakenly took her 2000 Ford Focus to these scum bags. Her car would cut out periodically when RPM's got high or the road was rough. They told her that the throttle body needed cleaned and charged her almost 300.00 to do the job. Then when she got her car back it was still cutting out. I took the car back to them and told them to check the plugs and wires. They refused to saying they already checked them and they checked out good. I left and took her car to the parts store. Bought new plugs and plug wires. When I was removing the old wires. I pulled wire 3 up and the wire inside the boot stayed on the plug. Turns out the issue was the wire was broken and when the RPM's got high or the road was rough the wire would vibrate a part enough to break the spark and the engine would cut out. I took the wires back to them and showed them and they acted shocked that the wires were damaged. They refused to give and sort of discount on the unnecessary work they did that did nothing to fix the problem...or any for that matter. I would NEVER use this shop again and believe that they take advantage of women. read more

I think I have been taking my cars here for about two years and I'm always very happy with the service and work I have had done. They are very thorough and are understanding that I have a tight budget and if it is a simple repair I'm going to do it myself. That said my thirteen year old car was running better under their care than it ever had anywhere else. They also service older vehicles and their mechanics are more knowledgable for it. There's a lot more to it than just reading a code and these guys are a lot smarter than your average chain. They are also very up front about what can't be done and have even come to the rescue when I'd been stupid enough to take my car somewhere else and needed someone else's mistakes fixed. These guys are problem solvers!! I 'inherited' a car that was dropped off for repairs at Fleet Services through a business relationship. They had already fixed the cars issues. (the car wouldn't start and they diagnosed and fixed it right the first time!) The car works great. I had a problem with the invoice and a few charges that I had a issues with. These turned out to be a simple misunderstanding... I was impressed that the owner personally reached out to me to make things right. (and he did!) He sent me a check back for the disputed charges and was very helpful. From one small business owner to another, this kind of service and professionalism is really appreciated! This was my first time going to Fleet Service Auto. We have had a terrible and very costly experience with another shop for my daughter's car so although a little apprehensive, our minds were put at ease by the great reviews given on many different sites. Now we have our car back I can say I am very happy we went with them! Not only was the speed of service excellent - 1 day in the shop - they also came in at 15% under their original estimate for a large oil leak issue. This is very refreshing and always welcomed! We have been loyal customers of Fleet Service Auto & Truck Repair LLC since our first experience with them in the beginning of 2009! My husband and I own a carpet cleaning company with 6 vans, which Fleet Service fits our oil changes into their schedule MONTHLY for all 6 vans, sometimes even before or after hours so we aren't down a vehicle when we could be out making money with the van! As you can imagine, with our van mounted equipment putting all that extra mileage on the engine, our rigs see a lot of abuse, but Fleet keeps us up and running, and we ALWAYS feel like a VIP when something goes wrong with a rig and we need it serviced ASAP! nov, 16 2016 took my vehicle into these people in april. overheating issues. they replaced my water pump and a few hoses and sent me on my way. still over heated so i was forced to bring it back twice. the car still ran hot, but these people convinced me it's just the type of vehicle it is. nov, 15th car starts over heating again. i bring it back and to my surprise they tell me the car has a blown head gasket. it would be 2,600 for a re build, or 6k for a new engine. 2nd opinions do matter........i took it to another shop in town where they spent 3 hours taking apart my car. they could not find anything wrong with it other than a elbow hose kit that was leaking coolant terrible.. 19.95 for the kit, and 40 dollars in labor and my car runs great!!!! they fleet tried to charge me almost 3k when it only needed a 20 dollar part. terrible business. bad business!! save your money people! read more

I'll keep this short and simple. The slick salesman at the front counter is a good clue that you might as well go to the dealership. I failed emissions on my old diesel truck. Fleet service quote was very expensive. I got it fixed for half what they quoted at another shop in Everett. If you want to pay dealership prices to an independent shop this is the place to go. read more

THESE MECHANICS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME! They tried to SCAM ME, then they tried to STEAL MY CAR. SINGLE LADIES BEWARE! Fleet Automotive (and their mechanic, Rick) led me to believe that my engine was busted, tried to sell me unnecessary repairs and then finally attempted to STEAL MY CAR by offering to dispose of it for me. When my 2001 Saturn with (150,000 miles) overheated in the ferry line, AAA towed me to Fleet Service. The office ladies were very friendly, but the rest of the experience was simply insulting. I left my car there to get checked out. Rick from Fleet Automotive called me and said that the head gasket had blown, which would cost $1500 to fix. Then he told me that was just the beginning, we don't know what caused it to happen is and that finding out and fixing it "can add up fast, so think about if you want to do it". He suggested that possibly the thermometer was stuck or a problem with the cooling fans, but that diagnosing and fixing that sort of repair can get to be a large investment in an old car. I asked what I should do if I don't want to have the car fixed, and he said, "You can just leave it with us and we'll take care of it". I decided I wanted a second opinion, or at least I could sell the tires, so I went to pick up my car. When I came to pick up my car they handed me my keys and then tried to charge me over $200 for "diagnostics", which I refused to pay (it wouldn't take hours and hours of shop time to figure out that a head gasket is blown, and they didn't fully diagnose my car's problems). I filled the coolant tank myself and drove the car an hour home. When I took it to my normal mechanic, he replaced a $20 oxygen sensor, new spark plugs and a new Module, for a total of $200 with labor. Now my little old car is running great! I believe that this shop saw a single woman stranded and thought I'd pay whatever they asked. The most offensive part is the offer to "take care" of my broken down car, so I could just sign some papers leaving them able to sell my not-broken car. If i had agreed to either scenario this shop would have scammed me for thousands of dollars. Luckily I had done some research on blown head gaskets and realized my car didn't have any of those symptoms. I showed up just before closing on a Friday, I had my small dog with me and my car was packed to the gills because I was moving. It was a very hot day and they gave me water for the dog. I had to wait an hour for someone to come pick me up. I believe that they took advantage of my situation and led me to believe that my engine was busted, tried to sell me unnecessary repairs and then finally attempted to STEAL MY CAR by offering to dispose of it for me. I have also written to AAA to have this shop removed from their approved list, and I hope to warn others who go there assuming a reputable and established mechanic will treat you right, because Fleet Automotive tried to take advantage of me and I don't want that to happen to anyone else. read more

I have had a headlight out forever and when I took my car in josh worked so hard to change them both out for me, my headlights are a challenge and he really went out of his way to take care of it for me. I wanted an alignment (maintenance issue more than anything) for my Prius. Was referred by my tire store to Fleet Service. The alignment was done in about an hour and I was out the door.......unfortunately it seemed the steering wheel was a bit "off". I went back and told them and the young man (wish I'd paid attention to his name as he did all the alignment work!) said he'd get right on it. He did.......and he stayed on this issue until he got it right.....which did take some time and can be complicated with the electronics in steering these days. Anyway, it turned out that the difference I noticed was still within range for my car........nonetheless, Fleet Service got it totally right for me. THEN, when I apologized that my car took so much time to get corrected......he said he enjoyed learning new things and loves his work! YOU NEVER HEAR that kind of comment these days........Thank you Fleet and "alignment guy"........ for making me feel good about the work you did on my car!!! read more

I adore these guys. I don't know what Gayle F is talking about in her comment. I've been going to these guys for years (as a single lady and an engaged one) and they've always been more than fair. They speak to me as an intelligent person and are clear about what needs to be done. Two years ago my engine overheated and died. They worked very hard to help me figure out my best options and were willing to do whatever I decided. They were patient as I mulled things over and then quickly executed my decision. I left there with a new engine installed and have been happily driving my 99 Jetta since. They've done numerous things to my car and I always feel I get the right price and they always only do what I'm there for them to do. They might suggest things to look out for, but there's not any pressure to do anything that isn't immediately necessary. I took my car in this morning because my sunroof was leaking. In just over an hour, Rick called me back in, told me he'd snipped a hose and sent me on my way, no charge. That's great service. I live in Canada now and am in town to visit family. I hope my car only has problems when I'm in the area because Fleet Service is fantastic. read more

I am so thankful that I found this place! I was traveling through Everett with my kids on our way to visit friends for a few days when my car broke down not far from the Fleet Service facility. I called around and this shop was the only one that said they could help me right away...so down the road I went...limping the car into their driveway. One of the guys gave me a ride down the road to the mall so the kids and I could have something to do while we waited to find out the problem. I was certain at this point that I would have to get a room somewhere, and lose a day of our trip in the process. About 20 minutes after they dropped me off there they called to say it would just be another hour...they knew I was traveling, and worked at getting me back on the road as fast as they could! I so appreciated everything they had already done, but when I got back to pick up the car they had added in one of their mailer coupons, too!
