Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in to get an estimate. After the dude checked my car, wrote his notes, and took my information, he told me he'd email me with the quote. After about 5 days, I call again to see if they had the quote ready, but the same guy told me that they were having issues with their system and that he should be able to still get me that quote. Two days later I call again because I still haven't received the quote and no answer on their end. MULTIPLE phone calls and still no one answering. I don't know if it's anything related to COVID, but at least let me know about what's happening. Won't be going here again. read more

I very impressed with the work they did on my car. I hired them to "try" and remove some terrible scratches and get rid of smeared on wax residual that really looked terrible and bothered me. Their work took 1 week, my car was delivered right on time, and the agreed price did not change. I really appreciate what they did because it looks like I paid for a new paint job.
