I can think of two significant differences between Pronto and the other services I've used. First, is the breadth of their service... if critters bug you, they will deal with it. You won't hear "that's not our job" from these folks. Second, the extent to which they will do battle with the bugs is awesome. They are tenacious. We had a crazy ant problem occur, and Benjamin worked through several treatment options (everything short of hand-to-hand combat) and was able to nuke them for good. I think their prices are competitive, but frankly I'd pay more for this level of service. Just don't tell Nick that LOL.
