I've gotta say - North Fulton Pest Solutions seems to be doing their best to restore my faith in humanity. Lest I sound like I'm ungrateful - let me me just say - I love my home. I'm happy to be a homeowner & my home really hasn't given me a lot of problems over the last 23 years. Knock on wood. But ... I have partial cedar / partial Hardie plank (cement fiber board) and anyone that knows anything about cedar - they know that woodpeckers love the stuff - so initially - even within the first 5 years - I had my struggles with holes left by ambitious birds. Found some things that didn't work. Found some things that worked. Replaced 2 cedar sides with Hardie plank. After getting royally ripped off & left in the lurch by Critter Cowboys, I went on the search, again, for another wildlife removal / exclusion company and after several phone calls I made an appt with North Fulton Pest Solutions. Todd J was my salesperson & he could not have been nicer. He explained the process & made me feel like I'd be in good hands.They are adamant about coming back 4 times after the exclusion and they did. Tyler came out for the initial Exclusion but they ran into a slight issue because my builder's gap was so wide but instead of just slapping the flashing on and saying nothing, they let me know that they were going to need to come back with wider strips of flashing to complete the job. The next week, Tyler & Chris were back - and icing on the cake - there was no additional charge!!! BTW - Chris is a walking encyclopedia of entomology! Octavious (sp?) did my third trap check and Todd J (aka the man-with-the-plan) was back for my fourth and final check Monday! My attic finally has clean bill of health. Don't get me wrong - I'm still hearing all that popping & cracking - but at least now I know it's just ghosts - and not rats or squirrels. I also appreciated the honesty & integrity I witnessed. On my final visit. Todd spied this creepy looking hole on the side of the concrete slab / base that sites below the upstairs deck. When I asked him what might have caused it. This man looked me dead in my face and said, "Ya know, Denise, I gotta tell you - I don't know." I almost hurt my neck a) whipping my head around in shock & b) trying not to laugh. I'm so used to people coming up with some sort of explanation (aka BS) when they don't know the answer to something. I found his honesty super refreshing! I was legit expecting him to say 'concrete termites' (turns out that's not a thing) or ... 'Yes - er um - this is very common. It looks like the work of the concretus leviticus monsteria. And you've probably got an entire colony living under your house. Now that we've sealed up your attic - they had to look for a new place to live & now they're living underneath your house. If you don't get rid of them, they'll chew through your concrete foundation & be inside your house with a full-fledged infestation within the next 4 months. If you'd like, I can work an estimate to do a trapping and exclusion along the bottom edge of your house - because that wasn't included." So YAY! For not lying to me. In addition to ghosts in my attic - I probably have some sort of other-world creature straight out-of-a-Stephen-King-novel with teeth like razors and jaws like pistons that climbs out the 'creek' next to my house & gnaws on that concrete for its midnight snack. Todd told me to stuff the hole with steel wool. Part of me wants to take his advice - and the horror-movie-loving-probably-first-person-to-die-as-a-result-of-let's-go-investigate-syndrome part of me wants to stick a night vision camera back there to see what's happening. But I digress ... I've raved about the sales and field staff - so let me also give the admin / support staff some kudos: the office staff was always super responsive (via text, email and phone) and that is REALLY saying something in this day and age of lackluster customer service. This company had a perfect 5 star rating on Google and at first glance - I hesitated, thinking, Wait - no one's perfect - must be fake. But these guys really do seem to be doing their absolute best to be the absolute best! When I sorted by 'oldest' review - I realized that they have LONG-STANDING history of 5 star reviews (not just some fly-by-night company), so I decided to call and I'm so glad I did. If I HAD to list a 'complaint' - the only thing I would say is that because I'm out here in the boondocks (south-south-west-west Marietta), scheduling isn't as easy as it might be if I were in Fulton. At least this is what the office said. So I'm not sure how well it would go if I wanted to hire them for routine pest control. But for folks who live closer to their base operation / core service areas, I don't think this would be a problem. Overall - I strongly believe that if you're looking for an affordable, knowledgeable, caring team to look after your home - you can't go wrong with North Fulton Pest Solutions! read more

They also set up traps and came back four times to make sure there were no longer any animals in my attic. I have to say my peace of mind has come back after a year of being in this home because of you guys and Joe. I started with another company last August when we moved here and the problem with roaches and other critters never stopped which is why I had to switch.
