They did a sloppy job it's completely cracked and the HOA is refusing to pay because it needs to be redone. They are saying unless I pay them an additional $2500 that the HOA owes them they will not complete the work. Crystal lied in the report to the Better Business Bureau and said I haven't been available. In fact, I have been available and cancelled appointments to be home. I called and at first I asked for storm shutters, however, the man I spoke with thought a high impact window would serve my needs better. Measurements were taken, the permits obtained and the window ordered with an estimate of 2 months, or possibly more, to get the project done. I am so happy to report that exactly 2 months later Jeff and Jay showed up and it was a real pleasure working with them.
