Right on time, Al and Fernando showed up. I know the door had been tweaked by someone, but I was concerned that it had been damaged such that some significant repairs would be required. Al assured me that it would be a quick repair. It was, and at a very fair price. I am grateful there are still some honest businesses around. Later that night when I tried to leave the garage door wouldn't go up. That is when I saw the broken spring. On Monday I called and they came out and knowing I should replace both spring I also asked them to replace/fix anything else while they were here. After inspecting the door the only other thing they did was oil all the moving parts Count me as a satisfied customer.
