I called his business at 4 PM at first I only got to submit a request and I left a message on their phone. I called back five minutes later and got a real person. I explain my situation with my garage door. The receptionist told me that within one hour A technician would be sent to my location. It was raining lightning and thunder going on. Within 20 minutes a technician I believe his name was Mike was knocking on my door. Mike told me that he could not work in the rain at the moment but that he standby if it would calm down. II explain to him I would leave it up to him if he wanted to standby or they could come back tomorrow. The rain finally calmed down and Mike knocked on my door and told me he would get started. Two hours later Mike was knocking back on my door explaining he had accomplished his work. I thought I had only a broken a bolt but come to find out that a spring Ihad actually been broken and had to be replaced. Mike replace the spring and turn up the entire garage door fixture. It was alarming, because I have a very special car inside the garage and having it damaged by a falling door off of the tracks was a real nightmare. I checked several Garage Door Service services and decided that I would give these folks a try. QUALITY: I made the arrangement for an associate from Mo Better to come to the house on a day when I would be home, and the associate arrived, and very promptly described the problem as a worn belt which he was going to offer to replace with a chain and a new motor, and he started, after I approved, to complete the service. I would estimate it took nearly 2 hours to remove the failed motor and assembly and replace it with the new motor and the chain drive, tested it several times and then took the time to help install the code for the garage door into my two cars. He was extraordinarily helpful, courteous, and professional. I told him I would be writing a review, but he requested that I not use his name I wish I could have done so because he did an extraordinary job for which I am grateful and extend highest recommendation to him and the company. VALUE: I can say the value was well worth the price. Before leaving the young man lubricated the tracks on the left and right side where the wheels carry the door up and down when it's closing and opening, did a great job. It was very courteous and I would certainly describe the value as First rate, tops in its class, and highly recommended.
