Greg uses fast food parts...cheap yes...quality NO. If you choose to use Weatherbee I also strongly recommend opening a new bank account and put the money you "saved" into that account....you're going to need it later to fix his work. Greg the owner caused $1006 worth of damage after he came out to fix his budget/faulty install. The fast food Shark Bite he uses to install water heaters started leaking and corroding in less than a year. During his warranty repair he flooded the utility room, didn't clean up the water, didn't turn the water heater back on after he flooded it (ice cold showers for everyone!), forgot to turn the sprinkler supply valve back on (never should have been turned off in the first place but he doesn't know the difference between a sprinkler supply shutoff and a water main shutoff). He left the sprinkler valve off which caused a pump in the system to run dry and burn out. $1006 for a new pump. I don't know about you, but unfortunately I don't have a "what to check after your plumber leaves without saying anything to anyone" checklist. We mistakenly trusted THE OWNER of Weatherbee Plumbing. Yes we attempted to contact Greg many times before posting this review, he chose to be a coward and never responded. Thanks Greg!

He was unable to obtain a replacement part on that Saturday and acknowledged that his fix might only be temporary. The furnace failed again the following morning. For the approximately 15 minutes spent with the furnace and maybe another half hour on the phone trying to get the part he changed $240. For that we got a working furnace for barely a day. I called another company today and got a fix with a guarantee.

After being nearly three hours late to arrive, they charged us their full plumber's hourly rate of $325/hr for their drive time to (and from!) our house without telling us that this travel charge would apply. They were here for less than an hour, did an assessment, and then left saying they'd have to come back another day to do any repairs. So we paid them hundreds of dollars just to come out and not even fix the problem. If they had gotten here when they said they would, we might have had enough time to fix the problem then and there. When they left, my wife and I were in shock with the charges for basically having done nothing towards fixing the actual issue we had. We tried to talk through the charges on the spot, then felt obligated to just pay for it and send them on their way, as it was getting late. The next morning we called and asked for more clarity on the charges incurred, and also asked for some better communication and transparency as far as what else needed to be done, how long it would take, how much it would cost, etc. They literally didn't even call us back. We called again the next day. Again, no response. No return call. We made a THIRD call to them and STILL received no return phone call. Not one single reply after leaving three very polite messages. How incredibly unprofessional. They saw the opportunity to do a quick cash grab from a couple of desperate people, and they took it. Then they left us completely high and dry when they realized we were unhappy. The craziest thing is, we paid less money to the people that actually fixed our plumbing issue than we did All Phase. If money is no issue for you, then you will probably do just fine with All Phase. But if you're on a tight budget, expect no mercy from these people. These are the plumbers that people warn you about. No transparency. No accountability. No customer care or concern. I can't wait to see their scathing reply to this review...

Thanksgiving week my 20-year-old Bryant furnace failed (rusted heat exchangers) so I got four bids…read morefrom two kinds of contractors: two high overhead corporate HVAC companies with fancy brightly-colored vans and starched-shirt techs, and two small business HVAC'ers with low overhead, decaled pickup trucks, and jeans. While I was prepared to pay much higher replacement costs across the board than pre-Covid prices , the bid range was shocking, as much as $15K difference between high and low. Duffey's was one of the low bidders, and I am so glad I went with them. The higher bidders tried to upsell me to replace my AC at the same time, get a higher btu furnace, etc., but not Shawn Duffey. Instead, he explained why my current size was fine, and respected the fact that heat was the priority. But what impressed me was how he explained parts availability for the brand he would install (Amana) and certain models whose parts replacement costs were as much as 50% lower (pricey variable vs torque-drive motors). He and his helper Mike came over and had the old one out and the new one installed, including wider venting pipes and other upgrades, cleanly and efficiently in about 4.5 hours. He also had the new furnace delivered by the distributor, who hauled the old one away for recycling--again, saving costs. But what really impressed me was he refused payment until Jeffco signed off on the inspection the next week. So Shawn and Mike literally installed the same Amana, with upgraded venting, for $13K less than the top corporate bidder, and I couldn't be happier. So lessons learned: 1) get at least four bids from different kind of companies, 2) if there is any upsell, avoid, and 3) make Shawn Duffey one of your bids. I highly recommend going with him; you will not be disappointed. His service area is also limited to SW Denver Metro, and that's a good thing. Local, knowledgeable, reasonable, and personable.
