Prompt, courteous, and competent. Prices were reasonable and I got a good vibe from the company.

After the fourth visit and two failed inspections, I asked to speak with the owner. He said he'd show up on the final day and didn't. Not showing up after committing to do so speaks volumes. On multiple occasions, employees attempted to -- or did -- walk through my home beyond where work was being completed with their shoes on. This is a basic courtesy that should not have needed to be addressed. On the final day, an employee complained about the time spent waiting for the inspector to arrive. After five+ weeks of doing exactly that myself, I couldn't help but laugh internally. Most importantly, Summit advertises a "100% Right or 100% Free" guarantee on their website. These are not complicated words -- 100% means 100%, and free means free. There is no secondary meaning to either. When I raised this, I was told it essentially means they will keep trying until the job is done correctly -- which is admirable in theory, but falls well short of what "100% Free" implies when a customer has invested THOUSANDS of dollars. After reading the other reviews, I'm hoping the problem with my AC wasn't just a leak somewhere that could have been fixed for much less. I would strongly encourage potential customers to clarify what that guarantee truly means before signing a contract, and to get everything in writing.

I looked at reviews online for HVAC providers. The reviews for Heatwave (not on their website, which I would expect to be positive) were extremely positive 4.9 on 150+ reviews, almost too good to be true. These guys were a pleasure to deal with. Dimitri, the owner came out promptly to assess the noise issue, diagnosed the problem, and said "I can replace the motor and you can probably get a few more years, maybe", out of this and gave me a ballpark cost. The furnace issues were more severe. I decided to replace both AC & furnace. The price quoted for a Trane unit was very fair. The install crew Ivan & Arvy were very experienced. The install went smoothly. My phone calls or texts were answered promptly, they showed up on time and everyone I dealt with was very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. And, no I'm not a friend or a relative, just a very satisfied customer. Believe the reviews; they are true. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I am not sure what you are even on about. You refused to take our phone call after we asked for a basic clarification of the charges, after having done literally nothing. Furthermore they exhibited extremely unprofessional conduct, even after having paid them over $300 less than 24 hours prior. After being nearly three hours late to arrive, they charged us their full plumber's hourly rate of $325/hr for their drive time to (and from!) our house without telling us that this travel charge would apply. They were here for less than an hour, did an assessment, and then left saying they'd have to come back another day to do any repairs. So we paid them hundreds of dollars just to come out and not even fix the problem. If they had gotten here when they said they would, we might have had enough time to fix the problem then and there. When they left, my wife and I were in shock with the charges for basically having done nothing towards fixing the actual issue we had. We tried to talk through the charges on the spot, then felt obligated to just pay for it and send them on their way, as it was getting late. The next morning we called and asked for more clarity on the charges incurred, and also asked for some better communication and transparency as far as what else needed to be done, how long it would take, how much it would cost, etc. They literally didn't even call us back. We called again the next day. Again, no response. No return call. We made a THIRD call to them and STILL received no return phone call. Not one single reply after leaving three very polite messages. How incredibly unprofessional. They saw the opportunity to do a quick cash grab from a couple of desperate people, and they took it. Then they left us completely high and dry when they realized we were unhappy. The craziest thing is, we paid less money to the people that actually fixed our plumbing issue than we did All Phase. If money is no issue for you, then you will probably do just fine with All Phase. But if you're on a tight budget, expect no mercy from these people. These are the plumbers that people warn you about. No transparency. No accountability. No customer care or concern. I can't wait to see their scathing reply to this review...

Chris, our sales rep. took the time to do a manual J measurement throughout the house to ensure we were getting the right system for the house, which none of the other contractors even considered. After showing me all the options, we went with their RUUD top of the line system which came with a multi stage furnance, variable stage AC, and a heat pump. They applied the rebates offered by Xcel, so we didn't have to wait for the rebates, we just signed over the rebates to them during the sales process. The installers were top notch, kind, and ensured they took good care of our home. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend them. From a price point, they came out thousands less than the closest competitor, and I'd note the closest competitor wasn't willing to do a transfer of the rebates. We would have had to claim those after the sale.
