Worked with Greg and Mike on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. They were honest and caring. Only people I trust with my Jeep.

Free rotations, balance for the life of the tires (even if I sell the vehicle). Sometimes, if I dont book an appointment, I have to wait. But they have a nice clean lobby and you can always head over to Walmart or the humane society to see the pets while you wait. Better yet, make an appointment and zip in and out quicker. All very professional and friendly.

They removed my tire, then told me they wouldn't put it back on. Instead, they said I needed to buy a donut spare because "newer cars don't come with one." I explained that my vehicle already has a spare in the back, and I've used it before. They refused to repair the tire, saying it couldn't be patched, and sent me away on the spare. When I got home, I looked at the tire and found a tiny nail in the center tread. The puncture was well under ¼ inch, the tire had never been driven while flat, there was no internal structural damage, and there weren't multiple punctures. Based on those conditions, it met the standard criteria for a repair. To be sure, I took it to Walmart for a second opinion. They patched it in about 30 minutes with no issues. What concerns me most is the safety aspect. If I hadn't known my vehicle had a spare or if this had been someone stranded with young children, they could have been left in an unsafe situation because they were told they had no option except spending over $1,000 plus on new tires. If a tire truly can't be repaired, I completely understand. But in this case, another shop repaired it quickly and safely. Customers deserve honest recommendations based on the condition of their tire, not pressure to make an expensive purchase. Do better.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a really frustrating…read moreexperience at the Barnes location. I came in for an alignment, wheel balance, and rotation. Before the work started, I was upfront that I had just replaced the front and rear suspension and that my tires are over 10 years old (since I know some shops won't service older tires). They went ahead with the work anyway, completed the service, and charged me. Immediately after, my car had multiple issues: It pulled to the right The steering wheel had a noticeable shake The rear toe was way off When I brought it back, they refused to rebalance the wheels, saying the tires were too old, and also said they couldn't redo the alignment because they "don't do suspension work." This made no sense, considering I had already told them all of this before they agreed to do the job in the first place. It felt like they were quick to take my money but unwilling to stand behind their work or fix their mistakes. I ended up taking my car to the Interquest location, and they fixed everything properly. They were able to adjust the rear toe (it was not maxed out like Barnes claimed), and they rebalanced the wheels, which were significantly off. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the Barnes location -- it felt like the technicians either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care to do the job right. On the other hand, Interquest restored my confidence and did the job correctly. I would not recommend the Barnes location.
