The dispatcher was so rude, unprofessional and Vulgar! it was like dealing with a teenager,she also refused to give me her name. If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman I spoke to (NOT Valerie, she actually helped me the first time I called) was a fucking bitch. I couldn't even get a word out because she was being so fucking rude. They don't care about helping you for anything. They don't care about getting your questions answered. All they care about is taking your money. I called asking GENERAL FUCKING QUESTIONS, nothing about the car, nothing about getting information on the car and she RUDELY cut me off and told me to have my mom call or they couldn't help me and hung up on me. Why the fuck does my mom need to call for you to give me answers to BASIC ASS QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY? My mom works in a court house and lives 8 hours away. She can't just be on her fucking phone all fucking day so I'm calling to get answers to questions that aren't giving out any information on the car or the towing situation. SO WHY THE FUCK CANT YOU ANSWER MY BASIC ASS QUESTIONS?? YOU'RE NOT GIVING OUT ANY PERSONAL INFO WITH THE QUESTIONS I ASKED SO WHATS THE FUCKING PROBLEM?? This place is such a piece of shit. By far the worst towing company in the High Desert. Please BEWARE!! They operate on unethical and dishonest practices. The driver led me to believe he was a affiliate with AAA, however later I received a bill that states otherwise. When I filed a complaint the driver Andrew and president Mike Esparza lied stating the incident never happened. Please stay away from businesses that take advantage of innocent consumers. read more

A Action Towing company is unethical, unprofessional, negligent and should not be open for business! They picked up my vehicle after an accident, in the time they held my vehicle they damaged the back end (the accident damage was all front end) when the body shop received the car they right away notified me and my insurance luckily I had pictures from the accident site showing there was no back end damage and the body shop had photos of how it was delivered, the roof tailgate of my car was severely scratched and dented which was obviously from when they either took my car off the truck or loaded it on the truck. You would think this was as straight forward as it gets clearly the damage happened by the tow truck, the Owner was contacted by my insurance and has refused to co operate by giving his insurance information REFUSED!! His secretary Valarie cannot give his number out although he's supposed to call me, it's been over 2 month, when I call to follow up she stated she doesn't know what to tell me the owner is above her and she can't make him cooperate!!!!!!! Really???? She did however tell me he was able to stop at the body shop and look at the damage... yet he wont call me back or the insurance company, he was able to make time for that!Apparently nobody has his insurance info, although he legally has to have insurance and cannot "make him call me"! So they damaged my car and I'm stuck paying for the damages. Do not use this company!! They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility, and I can't imagine it's the first time, and probably not the last time... Unfortunately for me It looks like I'm stuck with the damages don't let that be you! read more

Our car died while driving in hesparia and this was the third tow service we called. One didn't pick up the other said it would be $100 plus cost of miles and a 2 hour wait (and we had our baby in the car)! A- action towing only charged $60 in total for a 5 mile up hill distance home and it only took about 15 min for the tow truck to come. So if your unlucky to need a tow call these guys! Mike was friendly and professional! Hope we don't need a tow again but if we do we will call here again! read more

Called AAA for service and was quoted a 45 min wait. 3 hours later the Tow truck arrived. He was rude and arrogant and told me to call his boss to complain. So I did call and spoke with a lady named Daniel. She was soo unprofessional the only thing I could compare her to is an immature teenager. She didn't seem to care about my complaint. I will never use this tow company again and I let AAA know that so they will send a different company that's run more professionally. read more
