Also, it was just a year ago I hit a large animal and had some extensive front end damage including busted water pump. The water pump went out just a shade past a year later and when I took it for replacement, the technician asked if the water pump was replaced recently and showed me that not only was a factory part not used, (Mopar) which I believed was supposed to be the case, but the pump looked used and had some metal object to cap it off that didn't even belong to it. It was like a Frankenstein experiment that apparently failed just 13 months later, costing me additional money out of my pocket. My insurance premiums are enough to break me each month and a brand new part was covered. It really put me in a hole to have to replace a part that in theory should have been only a year old.

When I called the number listed on Yelp, I was told that my appointment was actually set for a completely different date and time than what was shown on Yelp. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for a new date and time. Once again, no one showed up, and I didn't receive any text message or update. I've called multiple times and sent several messages with no response at all. This level of communication and reliability is unacceptable. Be aware before booking--very bad scheduling and customer service. I would rate no star
