I was stuck in a pretty bad situation to where my Bronco broke down in the middle of a busy street. I contacted AAA, and they contracted G&M Towing, in order to have my vehicle towed and get me out of the jam that I was in. Not only did G&M exceed AAA's response time by at least ONE hour, but the tow truck driver, Tony, was very professional and precise when towing my precious baby! They fucking suck ! If possible go with another towing company !!! Had me waiting for 3+ hours on the towing person ... on my first call they send me a text with a 60 minute eta !! After the 2nd hour had gone by I called them and they stated they didn't have my location when I gave them my coordinates and shared my location thru a text !!! My sister waited on them for 2 hours on a very cold dark winter evening for them to say they weren't coming! It was 42 degrees and my sister was recovering from a minor vehicle collision! Just for them to ghost her and after not arriving and calling twice, and to eventually claim they no longer had any available drivers to help her once she got them on the phone. I was relying on them to look out for my sister since I live far away but they have more lucrative jobs to attend to apparently. After figuring out they weren't coming she called another company who got there in half the time she waited. (I'll edit this post to add the more reliable company's' name for your reference once she tells me). Don't bother with this place unless you enjoy standing on the side of the road in 42 degree weather for two hours. read more

One stars too many. These people like to kick you when you're down. Julie, the lady I dealt with charged us 2 after hours gate fee's of ($147.50) in one day because I couldn't find my sons eye glasses on the first trip and had to go back. This was a Saturday and my son totaled his car and was in the hospital with me and his mom worried sick, but that didn't stop these thieves to capitalize on the occasion. $300 just to let me in the gate twice for a few minutes to recover personal items. She wasn't done with us yet... when it was time to get the car out of there, she over charged us by $200 dollars and we had to correct her before she agreed it was an error. The final tab was just shy of $2000 and would have been more if we didn't catch her. Avoid this place if you can... if you can't, then don't give them any chance to gouge you... keep an eye on their book keeping. read more

AAA contracted for a tow, the driver was super rude and upset no one was at the location when he gave an ETA of 1 hour. Rescheduled the pick up for 4-5 and they made it a point not to show up but pretended to take the job up until 9pm read more

Totalled my car and this business' San Bernardino branch is where CHP had my car towed to. The people here are horrible when it comes to charges and fees. If I hadn't written down all the individual fees that had accrued and added them up myself, these people would've charged me over $200 more than I owed. This happened twice! Two different people mistakenly almost overcharged or basically gouged me. Be especially diligent about what you owe when speaking with Julie. She was insistent on her numbers before realizing that my math was right. read more

Use AAA and needed a tow from Hesperia to the Audi dealer in Ontario. AAA contracted with these assholes. They were supposed to pick up my Audi a 355pm and take it to Ontario. The traffic is horrible right now, I know because I had to go to Ontario and back just now. The place where my car is closes at 430pm and waited until 5pm, no tow truck. I called AAA and they said G&M called me but didn't leave a message...BS. I had my phone the whole time. They said with the rain they wouldn't make it to the dealer by the time they closed....they close at 8pm and I left that note with AAA. They just didn't want to deal with the traffic so now I can't get my car until Monday and have it repaired next week. My wife uses that car for work. So now since these dicks didn't want to deal with the traffic so she will have to wait for her car until Tuesday afternoon....FU G&M, AAA has my complaint against you and AAA said from now on ask not to be towed by you. They said they have plenty other companies to call... read more

This place straight up stole out of our car after we were in an accident and then charged us $200 the next day to go and retrieve our stuff out of the car that was empty because the tow truck driver had stolen everything out of it!!! read more

G and m was contracted to tow my truck today. The driver that showed up was probably the best tow truck driver I've ever had, and I'm a mechanic of 20 years, I know plenty of them. He called before he arrived, he arrived early. Took great care of my truck. Plus he was friendly and actively cared about what was wrong with my truck. This man has a heart for people and one helluva driver. You folks have a good man on your hands with this driver. I hope y'all take care of him. I've had my Acura RSX type s towed by them more times than I'd like to admit BUT I will admit everytime they have been efficient and responded quickly.. I've had the pleasure of having Mike tow my car 2 times and BOTH times were the best towing experiences out of both NJ where I used to live and CA where I live now.. they are super helpful as well as mike even recommended a local specialty shop to take my car to. read more

Beware, do not do business with this company I was forced to use this company because they're on the rotation with the police station of Apple Valley. They told me the Apple Valley Police Station was closed and that I couldn't contact anyone to get my car. This was not the truth and the Apple Valley Police Department was extremely cooperative in helping me get my car back. G & M towing wanted to keep my car for the weekend so that charges accumulated. After the police station released my car it took a day to get the charges correctly recorded and get my car back which of course accumulated more fees. The costs $491 in total to get my car after only being there for 2 days. I would have taken my car the first day but after I called the office told them I I would pick up the car they close the shop. It was 10 minutes to 5 when I made the call but it was not 5 o'clock This company is not there for the individual customer it is therefore corporate and business contracts. Everyone from the yard worker to the office staff was rude and disinterested. There was one person who was the exception her name is Julie. Do not use this company, as you may never see your car again. Terrible attitude terrible customer service and pricing can change from one minute to the next. I actually recorded the conversation between myself and the person preparing my bill. The price changed about 3 different times before finally settling with one. read more
