The notice at the beginning that insulation was coming out and they stopped immediately , they contacted the Repair crew to see if they could finish the job without damaging the Vent. The Repair crew indicated that the vent was White Flex Tubbing which is not recommended for a Dryer Vent. The Repair crew used a camera to see where the damage was at and luckily it was only at the beginning they were able to repair that and was able to clean out the Duct without any further problems. I was impressed that both teams that came out to clean out my Duct did a very good job at getting it done without causing further damage that could of resulted in a very expensive repair job. I believed that they did what was best for me and not that company to get the job done at a reasonable cost.

I think as professionals in the industry, this is something that should have been checked before proceeding with the work. I paid around $350 to have the entire surface of my 4800 square foot home and all its contents, look like they were in close proximity of Mt Vesuvius after an eruption. I've been cleaning for days and am nowhere near done. With this kind of hell, it would've been better to leave the dust in my events. As a sidenote, I noticed that many of their hoses were taped up.
