Naturally, we ended up adding on a few more areas, but they did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient and mindful of our home by placing plastic on the floor and barriers around corners where their equipment might rub to avoid any damage. When technician arrived he did not explain anything at all and seemed uninterested in any aspect of his job and seemed to forget entirely that he is in the service industry. His truck looked like all the equipment was thrown blindly inside and was a mess, he had to dig through a pile of who knows what just to unbury his vacuum hose. Once inside he simply told me that my HVAC had 4 main lines and 4 returns without stepping foot in the HVAC closet, he informed me it would be 400.00$ to do all the work. He cleaned the main return line only 1/3 of the line. He cleaned a very small portion of that main line and did not include photos I asked him to take of the unfinished side even though he did take them. He also left metal shards all over my HVAC room floor from where he cut into the main line. Overall I would say this was not an ideal service provided and seemed more like a scam. Zero customer service. Unfortunate to say the least. Not looking for anything but a forum to provide my feedback regarding lack of professional service from Affordable Air Duct Cleaning. Beware people!

The notice at the beginning that insulation was coming out and they stopped immediately , they contacted the Repair crew to see if they could finish the job without damaging the Vent. The Repair crew indicated that the vent was White Flex Tubbing which is not recommended for a Dryer Vent. The Repair crew used a camera to see where the damage was at and luckily it was only at the beginning they were able to repair that and was able to clean out the Duct without any further problems. I was impressed that both teams that came out to clean out my Duct did a very good job at getting it done without causing further damage that could of resulted in a very expensive repair job. I believed that they did what was best for me and not that company to get the job done at a reasonable cost.

I had a house that was 90° and animals (and humans) who were literally melting. I called Ami and she set up an appointment for Ryan to come out snd look at my SUPER old AC unit. Ryan told me the problem and I asked for some advice on what I should do, should I get the small part replaced on my decrepit unit or just bite the bullet and get a whole new one. He gave me some options and set me up with an appointment with Mike later that same day to get a quote for a new unit. Ryan also helped me with figuring out why my home warranty company wasn't being helpful when it came to covering parts and services (shout out Ryan you're awesome)! Later that same day Mike came out and gave me a quote and gave me some real insight on what unit I should get for my home, he was very patient with me while I applied for the payment plan, even though my house was 90° and the temp was rising. Barely 48 hours later, the scheduling lady, Ami, got me an appointment with Mario (and one other worker whose name I cannot remember I'm so sorry). I checked with the BBB, Facebook posts and their awesome website. Their website is a must to check out!! They have multiple videos for the work that they do on which type of fireplace you have. Ron walks you through what they do and how it benefits your family and your home. We had James Yoshida over as the technician. We have two boys (4 & 2) that were also home and very interested in who he was and what he was doing. James laid down blankets to protect our floor from any mess. He took things apart and serviced the fireplace. Vacuumed the logs, replaced the embers, cleaned the glass and painted the inside to look new. He made sure before he painted that no one was allergic to paint fumes. Which I thought was a great question to ask as you never know. My children were all up in his business asking questions and James had the patience to answer them. (They has good questions) James even blew up a glove for the kiddos to share. It was refreshing to invite a stranger into your home and have them leave as a friend would. I highly recommend the company. I also wanted to mention Ron as each time I called, he took the time to answer my questions. Disappointed that they charge us more than quoted, without acknowledging why. I can't help but assume they have no fee schedule, and make it up as they go along. Also when they arrived, they neglected to tell us they did not have caps, but had to order one in. So we had to pay a second service charge to have the cap installed and ordered. Since we were dealing with animals, and they knew that, I expected them to tell me on the phone they did not have the ability to cap the same day (as I had requested this on the call). Overall way more expensive than it needed to be, since they were less than forthcoming.
