Aall temp is a joke. just because the dealer can sell Carrier Infinity systems ( high tech) communicating system) doesn't mean have the technical skill set to diagnose or rectify service code. They have trying to fix code 33-1 Upper limit fault overheating for 4 months and 3 service calls . service kid smelled of weed 2out of 3 times its 10 AM come on! Brought in a Premier Carrier company to help resolve this concern ( recommended by Carrier Costumer service). Tech sent to our home, He reviewed entire systems made some math calculations and measured static air pressure for the system FAILED!! ( return side under sized by aalltemp ) he came up with a plan of action and quote to balance the system and resize the return in 1 HOUR. Aalltemp told me we had to pay for any additional duct work, I said you installed it 6 months ago. Going to have the Premier Carrier dealer make the repair and pay them. So don't walk away for this under trained Carrier dealer RUN!!! Hindsight; Check with Carrier on line for Premier companies in your area and be sure they are up to date on the newest Carrier systems Its like buying a Corvette Z06 and having the kid just hired at Firestone fix it, He may try but isl lacking the knowledge and technical training .Thanks Aalltemp for taking my 20K and sticking it to me. read more

I would not recommend a all temp heating and cooling to anyone. They are definitely taking advantage of people. I have been a home-improvement contractor for 42 years. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and had no choice but to go with their price. $1250 to install 2 pounds of 410A Freon and a leak sealer. The leak sealer is $35 on Amazon and a 2 pound container of Freon is $115. I found out. The technician showed up and was gone within 45 minutes. Today I called around and found out that other companies charge around $600 to $800 at the most to come out and perform the same service. $150 in material if I would have bought it myself and even at $500 a hour that should have come to only $650. Not $1250. This company is just raping people and taking advantage of people. I will definitely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and posting more negative comments throughout the Internet and Facebook communities. This type of business has got to stop. I have an 18 year old home in Elburn and I have been using this company since I moved here in 2015. Ray and all of the office staff and technicians are great people. Estimates for needed work are reasonable and fair. Service is always timely and prompt. They installed new water heaters, the expansion tanks for those, a new furnace, and replaced the whole house humidifier unit. I recently discovered water on the floor of my basement. The water was in the furnace room and I thought that it was from the back up of rain water from the drain. Upon investigation, discovered that the water was coming out of the opposite end of the pvc condensate drain line. Water was not flowing through because it was plugged up from build up of dirt and dust. I called A All Temp because I used them for my previous home. Ray, the owner, promptly called back to schedule a time that worked for me. He cleaned out the dirt and made certain water drained properly by running buckets of water through the line.
