By the time I had an opportunity to go to the lot, the truck was sold, so I test drove another used truck that drove well; however Arianna & Jabrin showed us a Ram 1500 truck that would be on the lot the next day which according to the pictures on his phone was really nice. Once the pictures were uploaded on the website, I reached out to Arianna who was always available and willing to assist to find out more about the truck. When I went back, she was not there, but Nardalina took good care of us as well, so it does not matter who you work with, they will all handle you with care. I test drove the vehicle and not only did it look as good as the photos, but it drove well too. They gave a great deal on it and I love my truck!!! It came with a warranty in which most used cars are sold AS IS, so that was an unexpected PLUS! Now I have an immaculate dual purpose used truck with low miles that I can work in and drive for leisure as well. Arianna, Nardalina, & Jabrin were very helpful in this process, and made it a smooth transition. Everyone at Atlanta Premium Cars will treat you well and give you the best deal possible. This is the place to go to get your truck repaired. We send all our trucks here when there are in town. If he can't fix it for some reason he won't try to sell you something that you don't need. Sometimes you just have to go to the dealership. But he will try his best to help you more than any other shop will. Since this is a family owned business you can expect that they stand behind their work and want to keep their customers coming back, they are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with their work.

TL;DR - Sold me a vehicle with $800 worth of problems out the door, and 3 months later needs a new…read moreengine which runs $13,300 installed. I purchased a 2013 BMW X3 back in June, 2018. The price was fair (assuming the vehicle wasn't a lemon), and I was given a fair value for my trade in. During the test drive, the only issue was a faulty seal that caused a headlight to fill with moisture, which they agreed to fix (and did). On my drive home (~3 hours away), the engine refused to start and gave me a transmission error. This happened regularly over the next three weeks (I IMMEDIATELY had contacted them) and they told me to bring it in to look at. Their technician was "unable to replicate the problem", and did nothing; they sent me on my way. To make matters worse, I had to wait an additional night in a hotel because their maintenance department didn't call me when it was ready. I called in and the lady from whom I'd purchased the vehicle answered and was surprised "Someone should have contacted you!" Lo and behold when I drove it home, same error. I bring it back yet again, and this time I'm told "We can't fix this, there's a problem with your software. Bring it to BMW and have them repair it". I bought this car 3 weeks prior and already have repairs that WERE PRESENT when I purchased the vehicle. Finally, as if that wasn't egregious enough, the 2nd time they looked at this lemon, I AGAIN didn't receive a phone call when the car was ready, and had been sitting around Atlanta for 4 hours waiting for a call. When I arrived, all anyone did was play hide the ball with responsibility. Maintenance blamed sales, the sales lady blamed maintenance. It was literally like watching children who got in trouble point fingers and blame each other. News for you, if you read this. You all represent Baranco Automotive. I didn't care whose fault it was; it didn't matter. What matters is I should have received a phone call, and I shouldn't have had to pay the several hundred dollars for repairs on a vehicle sold to me as a lemon with these problems. Charlatans, and the stereotype of used car salesmen. None of my review is exaggerated, and I have the bills and dated emails to prove it. AVOID at all costs.

I called Baranco Automotive (formerly Sons Acura where I have had quality service done on my car for years) and made an appointment for Monday, August 20th. I was going to drop my car for service the following day. Everything seemed to be in order. Fast forward to Monday, and as I'm dropping my car and preparing to leave the keys in the overnight box, a lady approaches me and says "we do not have a service department." Confused, I asked her to repeat herself. She again said "we do not have a service department". I must have had a very perplexed look on my face because she repeated herself a third time. I told her I made an appointment the previous week, and she again stated "we do not have a service department" - seemingly becoming irritated now. I repeated that I made an appointment the previous week, and she said "it closed up just like that" and snapped her fingers. I was so dumbfounded that I simply said "thank you" and walked away. Now, I still have the light on in my car, and I have wasted over an hour and a half on a week night that I really did not have to waste. When I made the appointment I left my name and telephone number. Would it have been too much to ask just for a 30 second phone call to let me know the service department had closed? Hopefully the rest of the dealership is not run as poorly as the closing of the service department. Also, hopefully no one else made any appointments for this week - they will be disappointed. I had considered purchasing another Acura in the near future, and if that does happen I can say with 100% confidence that it will not be from Baranco Automotive in Morrow, Ga.
