This place pressured me to put a $500 deposit down and from the videos and pictures the truck looked great. Get there and it's full of scratches , superglued windows, hit by something red. I was looking for some trucks specifically F250 in white with black leather interior moonroof and all the goodies that comes in F250. I've researched and located motivation truck sales in Jonesboro Georgia and spoke with Daniel a salesman for the company. Also I spoke with one of the managers Noel who was excellent and giving me the information I needed for the truck they're trying to sell we worked out the numbers on the phone and I drove 5 1/2 hours to their business. When I arrived, I was greeted by Daniel and Noel with much appreciation that I was there and to look at their truck for sale. I test drove the truck inspected the truck and it was in great condition everything they said that the truck was described as. After all the paperwork was completed I drove home. When I was home and going through the truck it had few things that was missing a coin tray and a few other things. I called Daniel and Noah and they took care of everything that I needed to replace everything that I needed for the truck without any hesitation. This company is excellent I've taken care of their customers I highly recommend it. Also, the FI Julio and Matt at service was great to work with. read more

I purchased a lemon from this place at the beginning of last year. After a few weeks, I noticed the front passenger tire was completely bald and the thread was showing. A few weeks after that the check engine light started flashing while I was on the interstate and the car started shaking out of control. I purchased a warranty, which turned out to be a scam, so I was stuck without a car for weeks due to having to pay out of pocket to put my car in the shop. They manually turn the check engine lights off on these vehicles when they are being sold. Here we are a year later and my check engine light is back on right now as I type this. Please beware when purchasing from these people, they are scammers and have no care or concern about you and that vehicle once they get your money. read more

These guys don't even rate a 1 star. They are the proverbial sleazy, slimey, greasy used car sales con men. I did a pretty thorough inspection but failed to check the operation of the power rear windows and sunroof. When I got home neither was operating at all. I called the salesman Omar asked if there was anything they might do, he lied and said the service department would follow up. 4 days later no word no call just crickets. Should have read the reviews before purchasing. it's literally been 3 weeks and still waiting for the vehicle to be delivered. They did not have a problem scheduling to pick up the trade ( picked up within the first week). thank god we have a second vehicle , if not we would literally be walking. tried daily to get updates and daily get the same answer, " let me speak to my manager and see what's going on. this never happens". My recommendation do but deal with this place unless your local or don't mind making your first payment without having your car!! read more

Hands down the worst car buying experience we've ever had. We purchased the vehicle and traded in our old one in the process. They arrived within the week to pick up the old vehicle, but then left us without a car for 14 days before they finally showed up with our new one, which was delivered at 11:30 at night. They gave us excuse after excuse as to why the car wasn't shipped, but when we threatened to revoke the deal they magically found transportation. When the car arrived, it had not been detailed, and some items that had been left in the old vehicle were assured to us that they would be delivered with the new one, they were not. Extremely poor communication, and after multiple calls & texts when you finally get through to a person you are transferred multiple times and nobody ever has a proper answer for you. The finance department says they will take care of TT&L but does not care to do the follow through to ensure that they are paying all taxes required, only the base tax. When you can finally get them to answer the phone, management is not helpful or knowledgeable by any stretch of the imagination. I caution anyone to purchase anything here, especially if you are having it shipped to you. I would rate 0 stars if it were an option. read more

the dealership motorvation, after more than a over month, still did not get my money back. down payment is illegal. consumer law, finance charge code 15 usc-1605 states that "in a consumer credit transaction, there is no cash involvement.and this includes insurance personal and gap insurance should be included in the finance charge. so asking and getting a down payment is illegal.that's law. your insurance is included in the finance charge, meaning "sum" is the total of all money. also the dealership is supposed to disclose that you have the right to resend the "credit consumer transaction" and there is no time limit on that. read more
