Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. Later in the day a 2 other stores submitted quotes as well. The following day I received a follow up message from Technics offering no charge for removal and no tax on installation, I couldn't refuse such an offer. I drove over once the roads cleared and had the tint removed and new tint applied. They charged what they quoted, no haggling, nothing but great customer service at a great cost. When it was delivered to you, the front end was fully assembled, and both headlights were present and undamaged. After I was unable to accept the other insurance company's low settlement offer (they deemed it a total loss), I arranged for the same towing company to pick up my vehicle and return it to my home. The vehicle was not drivable, so it remained in my garage until today when my insurance adjuster came to inspect it. To my shock, several major components are now missing, including the radiator, condenser, compressor, and both headlights--each worth approximately $2,500. When I visited your office today, Joseph stated that all parts were "given to the towing company" but there was no paperwork documenting what was handed over, and there are no cameras showing this transaction. This is unacceptable. My car arrived intact, and it was your responsibility to ensure it was returned in the same condition. If the tow company "forgot" the parts, where are they now? Why were the headlights even listed on your repair estimate if they were never damaged? From my perspective, these parts have been stolen while under your custody or during the release process. I entrusted your business with my vehicle, and it has been returned missing thousands of dollars' worth of components.
