Called up there and they said "thats 6 months, our warranty is like 5 months"; Of course I'm being told the warranty is shorter than the period since they've "repaired it". The mechanic I just went to (Bk auto repair) insures a 2 year warranty or 10000 miles. So I guess pick your mechanics who will actually fix things, and if something goes wrong on their part, fixes it right again.

I've also personally confirmed this with the owner in the past. However, on multiple occasions, I've gone there before 6 and been told they were already closed. For example, I went around 5:10 PM previously and was turned away. Today again, on April 10, 2026 at around 5:20 PM, I went there and was told they were closed. This is really frustrating, especially for a service like auto maintenance where timing matters. Customers plan their visits based on your listed hours. When those hours aren't followed, it wastes time and breaks trust. If the business is now closing at 5 PM, then the hours should be updated on Google. If you say you're open until 6 PM, then service should be available until that time. As a regular customer, experiences like this push people to take their business elsewhere.

I hired a lawyer & I had sworn statements from Up standing mechanics that can verify Family Auto didn't perform their job i don't care how long it takes i will see them in court & they definitely will pay 4 times the amount of the price i was charged..
