I went there thinking I needed shocks ,the tech checked and came back and told me the bushing on top of shock was missing.Mr Nolan Byers said they didn't have it but told me to go to Summit and get it and they would install them,I got 2 off them.They could have said "yes you need shocks" and charge me $750.00,they were very honest ,great people .I will return to ALLOUT.They charged me $66.00. to install the bushings. Took my F150 to them to install 6" lift (BDS), 24x12 TiS wheels (-44) , & purchase & install 35" Venom tires, alignment, & some trimming. Kevin was my point of contact during the appointment. Kevin was polite, professional, communicated the process (work to be carried out & timeframe) & pricing with no hidden costs. The guys behind the scenes (techs) that performed the service (lifted the truck & installed the wheels & trimmed) did a great job! The truck looks slick. I get a lot of compliments about the truck. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I needed an inner tie-rod repaired. The Jeep dealership wanted to charge me $3,500 for an entire new rack & pinion system. I had been to All Out Offroad before to have some running boards removed from my vehicle and they were very quick with their service, so I decided to return for my tie-rod repair. I showed up on Monday and they did an inspection and said they could make the repair the same day, but I waited another day to do the repair. A little over $500 for repair and alignment, well worth the money when you feel like you're being taken care of my a trusted friend. I've never had service like theirs when it comes to my vehicle, and I appreciate their clean and welcoming facilities. I generally do not write reviews, but there were just too many issues I found after getting my lift installed. Ill start off by saying that customer service has always been great. They have always been very responsive on the phone and email. Ive been to Allout Offroad for multiple mods on my truck but ill never go back. After the lift install, that's where the pieces fell apart. I started noticing one thing after another. 1. They STOLE my front brake calipers. Let me repeat this. THEY STOLE MY FRONT CALIPERS! WTF! I went from new, silver calivers to black, rusted calibers. The rear is still new and silver so its pretty obvious. 2. I kept hearing a "knocking" after the lift install in the engine bay. After lifting the hood and inspecting, I found that they left my Amp Step module just dangling from wires! Its supposed to be secure down! No zip ties. Nothing! 3. Sloppy install. My brake lines and abs sensor wires are again just dangling in the front wheel well. All my friend's trucks and every other truck I see are better secured in some way or fashion. 4. Poor trimming. They left sharp and exposed metal in the front wheel well. I used to recommend Allout offroad to all my friends but now I tell them to avoid them after my experience read more

I stopped by Allout Offroad NRH to see if they might be able to fix/redo what another (Auto Choice) shop had put on wrong and refused to correct. Kevin took a look at my cover and the issue and said no problem. He used parts that I had to order when the other shop refused to fix what they put on wrong. Within 20 minutes Kevin had the parts put on and my cover was looking good. I was not only blessed to find Allout Offroad, but Kevin didn't charge me.
