We have a 2018 Ridgeline, which needed a big round of service based on time span, plus a recall service. That was earlier this year. So shocked when I picked up the truck, because it was TOTALLY like a brand new vehicle: tight, smooth, drove like I had something different and brand new! So excited. Then time for a routine oil/filter time simple service: faster than expected, comprehensive progress reporting by text and final report, with video walk around underneath. It wasn't a big deal I just didn't know how and apparently neither does this Oreileys.
