If you want fast service, great communication, and professional workmanship ...RUN far away from A&A. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. The price was too good to be true. We began remodeling our kitchen in October and paid for the cabinets in advance before they would order them. We were told it'll take about 6-8 weeks for the cabinets to arrive and be installed. We also planned to pick a granite counter top as well. After two months and no contact or updates from A&A we sent emails to them and didn't receive any response until about mid December when i received a text that there had been a delay with the distributor. We again followed up after no contact three weeks later in early January and were told the cabinets would be arriving. Finally we were told that they would begin installing on January 14. They claimed it would be done in a day... Sounds too good to be true right? It was the first day before they came they called asking for payment for the price to remove our cabinets before they begin any work which we did and that day they spent the evening outside assembling the cabinets and did not remove anything from inside except for one counter top. The next day they came and removed more cabinets and took down our microwave and then left. We didn't hear back from them for two weeks when I decided to text the number that had reached out to me to which they replied that they scheduled me for the following Tuesday . They came two times within two weeks. The weeks following this we were met with a bunch of ignored phone calls from them and empty promises. They mentioned that they were coming many times every time we called to share frustration they said that somebody would be there in a couple days the day would arrive and nobody would show up and we would be met with their voicemail. Meanwhile we spent almost a month without a kitchen sink and our microwave being detached from the wall. Eventually they came back and put the cabinets up and then left again without putting the handles. Then they claimed they would finish the job when the counters arrived. By the end of January the job was still not done. They came once more and laid the counter and left pieces of wood in between the counter and the cabinets. Everytime we called we would be ignored. One occasion we were rudely told to be patient because there was other people ahead of us. Though the other people probably had access to the water in their kitchen. Now we are in February and we have called multiple times for them to come and finish they came one day at 7 PM and attached handles to the kitchen cabinets and then left again. And the last conversation I had with them was two weeks ago and they stated that somebody would be coming on the 27th to completely finish the job. I also followed up by emailing them and sending the pictures of the work that had to be done. At this point we haven't heard from them since. Our sink glue is coming off, there are wood planks under the cabinets and countertops, and they have taken our outlet covers as well. We would not recommend them to anyone the price may be enticing but the stress is not worth it we've been dealing with them for over five months and our kitchen is still not done. When you give a professional money to complete a job for you they make sure that they communicate with you and get the job done. These people are not professionals they will take your money and show up when they feel like it and ignore your calls. See the photos below We would like to be refunded for the work they have not completed.

Everything went mostly according to plan (thanks COVID) and really we only had a few time setbacks due to that. Just a day or 2! The people he sent to do the work were totally competent and easy to get along with. Showed up early and stayed late. Most surprisingly was that there was zero mess. I was still given a functioning kitchen every night. The job they did was beautiful and the end result was better than I even thought it would be. They removed old tile, put up new that they helped me choose, did those gorgeous wood shelves and repainted all our cabinets. Gave us new hardware and kept everything spotless while they worked. When I had a small issue they came out that day and fixed it, and then went on to do the same minor fix on every drawer! We were super impressed. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm posting 1 picture to give you a peek!

He never saw the space, but we sent lots of photos and all the dimensions. It is incredible that he could do it sight unseen. All the cabinets fit perfectly, the moldings were exactly the right size and closed the space right to the ceiling. Our appliances fit exactly right. Nothing really went wrong! The cabinets are high quality and shipped directly to our condo from the manufacturer in Minnesota. Jamie was always available by phone to answer questions. It was a very positive experience.

Initially -- I was hestitate to use this company, many had negative feedback on them - but someone said to give them a chance - I should have listened to the majority of reviews - when you see them all over online -- WORST company, worst customer service ever! LISTEN. I bought 2 bathroom vanities (granite) - when they installed them - they needed to turn off the water. Going into this process - they never informed me about plumbing or hiring a plumber - since obviously, I would have. First they didn't have the tool to turn off the water, thankfully, I had a neighbor that did. From there - they completed the installation. Before I signed for the job - I reminded them to turn the water back on. They said they couldn't do that - only a plumber could - since my valves were bad?! I was apalled! If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water! I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The installers as my witness. Seriously?! She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it? Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered. Do yourself a favor - find another company!!! These people are awful!

We have 2 different heights of backsplash because they measured incorrectly and didn't bother to fix before they installed. They broke off the plumbing flush with the wall when unhooking under the sink. Their response: "You're going to need a plumber for that" There's a piece of molding they removed and it's just lost. multiple scratches and paint tore up. all this on one simple countertop. now learned that Lowe's no longer uses this contractor and I can see why.

This quaint establishment has a fun bar set up attached, known as the Tipsy Duck Parlor. Therefore, this review is regarding the bar! They only serve beer and wine based cocktails so you won't get too ducked up if you decide to stop on by for a quick drink just to sit on a duck barstool! It's a thing. I highly suggest the tipsy duck served in a tub. The duck bubbles and laughing duck are served with an interesting concept as well. So, I highly suggest those options too! If you're consuming all 3 of my suggestions, I guess you can get pretty ducked up. Perhaps bring a friend or 2... or in my case, 4! So, you can experience the different ways they serve up their drinks. This would be the most pro-duck-tive strategy, in my opinion.

I tried the bath tub cocktail and let me just say, it did not disappoint. It tasted like magic in a drink. Not only was it a delightful, fruity drink, but it was aesthetically pleasing and you're allowed to keep the duck. The bar counter had a video of a moving water pond, which elevated the experience. There were many spots to take lovely photos for all social media platforms. The bartender was the sweetest, and she complimented Boots and overall was a treat to talk to. I'm so very glad that this place is a success on TikTok because I wouldn't have want to miss coming here
