Complete nightmare! Hired A & A Lina's July of 2019 for a new kitchen, laundry an 3 bathrooms, they contacted me in February of 2020 requesting the balance because they were ready to install the cabinetry, 6 months later and so many excuses later my kitchen is a disaster with no other cabinetry installed. My contractor calls daily and gets the same answer "cabinets will be delivered Thursday or Friday and we will install Saturday and Sunday! All I want is this project complete, until then I can not recommend this company. I would love for them to contact me with an honest explanation of what is going on! Worst company at keeping their word and craftsmanship of product promised. We had appointments set for installation that were both missed, arrived without notice and showed at 8:00PM at night! Rough cuts with sharp edges to where we had to drive the stone back to the shop to have it polished because they did not show. The office girl Jenny lies to cover her prior statements. We had a good experience at their facility selecting the stone and paying 50% down but that was the end of anything good about this company! The workmanship of the countertops was terrible. The installers were the worst! I now understand why they insisted on being paid the balance prior to installing the countertops. Missed dates, poor workmanship, screwed up cuts and installation, slow to non responsive to voicemails and emails. No resolutions to complaints on workmanship. It was supposed to be a simple easy small job done in 10-14 days. Remove an island granite piece and cut down to fit a small 54x23 cabinet area that is between a wall and an Oven/microwave cabinet. What could go wrong? Well 6 weeks later It took 28 days to get the granite installed. Then It did not fit, was forced in place and pushed the cabinets apart with bad seems and gaps around the granite. The Granite appears to have had the template laid on backwards causing it to be cut wrong for the area. The next problem is trying to get them to respond and correct for the messed up cuts. It is now over 2 weeks since the install, lots of ignored calls and emails, 1 site visit that had no details of their findings just a couple current pictures Lots of lip service failed callbacks and no resolutions after several weeks. I had a 5 page complaint but that is too much for people to read. They did a bad job, did not respond timely to calls , failed to call back when they said they would , and worst have failed to resolve the issue. There are a bunch of recent bad reviews on both Yelp and Google. Beware, be warned. Read the 1 and 2 star reviews and read the newest. read more

If you want fast service, great communication, and professional workmanship ...RUN far away from A&A. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional company. The price was too good to be true. We began remodeling our kitchen in October and paid for the cabinets in advance before they would order them. We were told it'll take about 6-8 weeks for the cabinets to arrive and be installed. We also planned to pick a granite counter top as well. After two months and no contact or updates from A&A we sent emails to them and didn't receive any response until about mid December when i received a text that there had been a delay with the distributor. We again followed up after no contact three weeks later in early January and were told the cabinets would be arriving. Finally we were told that they would begin installing on January 14. They claimed it would be done in a day... Sounds too good to be true right? It was the first day before they came they called asking for payment for the price to remove our cabinets before they begin any work which we did and that day they spent the evening outside assembling the cabinets and did not remove anything from inside except for one counter top. The next day they came and removed more cabinets and took down our microwave and then left. We didn't hear back from them for two weeks when I decided to text the number that had reached out to me to which they replied that they scheduled me for the following Tuesday . They came two times within two weeks. The weeks following this we were met with a bunch of ignored phone calls from them and empty promises. They mentioned that they were coming many times every time we called to share frustration they said that somebody would be there in a couple days the day would arrive and nobody would show up and we would be met with their voicemail. Meanwhile we spent almost a month without a kitchen sink and our microwave being detached from the wall. Eventually they came back and put the cabinets up and then left again without putting the handles. Then they claimed they would finish the job when the counters arrived. By the end of January the job was still not done. They came once more and laid the counter and left pieces of wood in between the counter and the cabinets. Everytime we called we would be ignored. One occasion we were rudely told to be patient because there was other people ahead of us. Though the other people probably had access to the water in their kitchen. Now we are in February and we have called multiple times for them to come and finish they came one day at 7 PM and attached handles to the kitchen cabinets and then left again. And the last conversation I had with them was two weeks ago and they stated that somebody would be coming on the 27th to completely finish the job. I also followed up by emailing them and sending the pictures of the work that had to be done. At this point we haven't heard from them since. Our sink glue is coming off, there are wood planks under the cabinets and countertops, and they have taken our outlet covers as well. We would not recommend them to anyone the price may be enticing but the stress is not worth it we've been dealing with them for over five months and our kitchen is still not done. When you give a professional money to complete a job for you they make sure that they communicate with you and get the job done. These people are not professionals they will take your money and show up when they feel like it and ignore your calls. They gave no time frame on installation just a day of the week, we sat from 8am-530pm before anyone showed up with 2 separate phone calls saying they would be there within 1 hour both times that never happened. They were extremely haphazard with the install cutting unnecessary holes in the walls. They did not bring all of the pieces to finish the job and then getting them to come back was yet again another task. They made an appointment and never showed up or called. Made another appointment in which Lina (the owner) himself told me he would be there if noone else could and yet again they did not arrive at the scheduled time. 3 times of having to take off from work and Lina acts like this is not a big deal. The last day I was extremely upset and Lina handled the situation by raising his voice and yelling at me on the phone when I told him I expected some form of a discount or something from all of the hassle this has caused in our lives. We have been waiting a very long time to have this kitchen remodeled and we were very excited. This company made this project a nightmare. Even after this job was complete Lina never called to be sure this was done and we were happy after his words were I will come out for 5 years until you are happy. He had his office assistant call and leave a message. I have to agree with all the other negative reviews. I would give zero stars if I could. The granite selection was wonderful, and we selected a beautiful slab. From there the experience went straight down hill. There were multiple broken appointments for measuring. Clearly no one at A&A ever talks to one another. "Can't measure without the sink installed . . . Oh, we were supposed to install the sink?" Template had to be redone 3 times. Bar had to be recut 3 times. The install was delayed and the workmanship is terrible. Besides breaking the Formica around my sink (did the detailed cut-out with a skillsaw!), they failed to finish the drywall they installed after removing the old back splash when the new back splash they installed didn't cover it all. "Oh, we don't do cosmetic repairs . . what, WE installed the drywall?" Did I mention that the price increased each time we talked to them? BEWARE! Go somewhere else! read more

This is the most dishonest and unethical company I have had the unfortunate experience to deal with. They promised for months they would do the right thing and cut a new 2 foot piece for my counter. Then they said their wholesaler doesn't have any more of that color in stock. I suggested they contact the other granite companies the wholesaler had sold the same color to since only a 2 foot piece was needed and could easily have been left over from a different job. They couldn't be bothered. THEIR wholesaler is not the only place in the US to get this color. Even a report to the Better Business Bureau didn't produce results from these folks showing how little they care about their reputation. A Google search shows the company to be permanently closed which is NOT true. Perhaps A&A shut the Google site down because they had a large number of negative reviews. BEWARE! Unfortunately, they had removed old counters before they realized the new ones were too small, so I was without a kitchen while they started from scratch. This company was the worst to deal with from the moment they took my deposit! The granite was cut wrong first time. Then a new template only to find the second was wrong also! Third time, the template guy started a fight w me in my own home, and walked out! Now no one is doing anything and I have wrong granite in my home. Small claims court now.. $300 filing fee spent... a nightmare! They lie and promise you the moon yet don't deliver anything on their word! read more

I ordered four pieces of granite counter top for my patio grill island and bar. They sent a person to measure and make a template. About two weeks later they came to install. Final payment is due prior to installation. Three of the four pieces were cut and installed correctly. The fourth piece did not fit correctly. It was measured and cut incorrectly, according to their drawings. I contacted the store and I was told a new piece would be cut and was given a date for installation. When they did not show for the install appointment, I called the store. I was told that the owner refused to make a new piece. Since they charge a surcharge for credit card , it was a cash/check transaction, leaving me no recourse. I would not recommend doing business with them. There are plenty of other granite fabricators, find one that stands behind their work. read more

A three month hassle to install quartz kitchen countertops in a condo. Totally unreliable, shoddy workmanship, only a threat to contact the Better Business Bureau got the job done. At least I have a countertop, but it's not great, do not use them! read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY They take zero pride in their work, the installers are rude and arrogant. They insist that you paid in full when they come to install BEFORE they will do the install, and now I know why! Because there is no way I would have paid them after they finished the job. The seam on the counter top looked HORRIBLE, they put the sink in crooked and they scratched the sink in multiple places. I fought with them for two weeks to get them to come back and make it right, the first appointment they never even showed up then the next appointment they said they would be back in the afternoon and after texting them all day they finally showed up at 7:30 at night to fix the issues! Our granite counter tops are NOT up to par at all, the edges have a horrible finish on them and they claim it is because we did not choose a high grade granite. I'm a local contractor and this is one of the worst sub-contractors I've ever encountered. Good selection of granite and that is where it stops. Poor installation and they cannot keep an appointment. Left cigarette butts in the driveway, smoking in the garage and was argumentative with my customer. They do not deserve 1 star!! read more
