I got my car detailed for the first time after thinking about it for a while and it was horrible it looked ok except he missed the seat rails which was a easy clean then it was ok until I started getting mold mostly in my back seat so I used a wet vac to try to get it up and there was so much water sitting in my carpet and by the time I noticed it had been about a month .The entire time I've owned my car I've only vacuumed my carpet .I'm just so upset I paid around 250 for an inside clean to get water damage to my carpets and I read reviews and I never would've thought it would turn out this way I didn't reach out because I'll just be wasting my breath because they are gonna swear they aren't responsible read more

I had scheduled to have both me and my husbands car washed and waxed on Monday June 29th but due to weather they texted me saying that we will reschedule another day and would let me know once they got to the office what day was free. A day later I texted them back asking if there was a free day yet with no response. I then proceeded to email them to which they replied they had texted me asking what day I would prefer to which I said I never received that text. Then asked if Thursday was available of course they are booked. So then asked as of yesterday if today or Friday works. To which I have yet to receive back a response. Long story short giving me the run around instead of calling me to reschedule my apt and letting me know their availability. Needless to say I will never be using them again!!! read more

Wow! Angelo did a fantastic job on both my cars. He came to my office parking lot to do the work which made my life easier. My boyfriend is selling his jeep so Angelo did more than a great job detailing it in order to hopefully sell it faster. He also did a basic clean and detail to my car and it was WAY more than i expected. He takes his time to ensure the job is done correct. Terrible experience with A&A Mobile Auto Detailing. As of today, they refuse to refund us $100 for a car wash they never provided. My wife bought me a truck detailing gift certificate for father's day. I called to set up an appointment and was told that they will call me back. They never did. Long story short, they gave me the run around for almost a month with cancelled appointments, lack of communication and more than questionable excuses.... After a month, I finally had it and asked them to just refund our money as I would rather take my business elsewhere. They refused to do so..... One star for me. Its important to remember that when people have this kind of work done, in addition to paying for the cleaning you are also paying for their gas to come to you. I am very pleased. The only thing I regret was letting that big stain on the drivers seat sit for so long. It was very hard to clean up, but Angello got most of it. Angello showed up 30 minutes before he was scheduled to so I was pleased about that. He is very knowledgeable about his business and explained exactly what he was doing step by step. It was $150; but that should not come to a surprise to anyone. I am very pleased with the work done. read more

Being pressed for time, I called Angelo on a Monday and asked if he had any appointments available the same week for an interior auto detailing job. He originally offered a Thursday, but because I was moving from Southern to Northern California that day, I asked if he had anything available on Wednesday morning instead. He assured me that he could "fit me in" around 10am on Wednesday, which worked perfectly for my schedule. Around 8am on Wednesday, I received a call from Angelo asking if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled, and we agreed that 9am would work perfectly for both of us...I initially wasn't prepared for a change in time and had a few errands to run in the morning, but I appreciate him being considerate and calling a few hours ahead of time, instead of just showing up early. Angelo arrived around 9am with his buddy/co-worker, whose name escapes me at this time, and they were both professional and personable. I had explained to them what I needed to have done to the car - which I am borrowing from a family member and wanted to have cleaned before returning it - and we went over some of the concerns I had. He patiently explained to me the process in which he would clean it, and that he would try his best to meet all of my expectations. The entire interior auto detailing took about 1 hour to complete, and cost me a total of $95 (I gave them a $5 tip to round it out to a flat $100) for a 2008 Dodge Avenger. I would say the price is fair and competitive to other auto detailing businesses, and I really like the fact that they come to your home or workplace, so you do not have to travel to them. The interior seats and carpeting are fresh and the entire car smells wonderful. The only qualm I have about my car is that the headliner still has grime/tar/soot on it, but after talking to Angelo, he informed me that there is not much you can do in regards to cleaning the headliner since dampening it would cause the water-based adhesive to dissolve. Thus, permanently damaging the headliner and having to replace it entirely - which could run upwards of a thousand dollars. In all, I am satisfied with Angelo, his business, and the service I received. read more

I made the mistake of hiring these guys , come to find out I actually have better auto detailing equipment than they do. Detailer shows up with all harbor freight equipment , bauer buffer , crap vacuum, no steam cleaner for the carpet. charged me 500 bucks for my boat which was in perfect condition and really didnt need much buffing except for a few areas which they didnt even take care of. Detailer stated that they dont do the bottom of any boat they wont ever do the bottom of a boat he said. All of the products they use are purchased from Auto Zone , not a single professional grade product. Save your money and go to Happy Carwash in El Cajon your vehicle will look nicer and you will save a ton of money. Needless to say I violated my own rule by even trying to hire an auto detailer. Never again , I will just break out my Rupes buffer and do it myself. Be warned that this guy hires random auto detailers and doesnt actually do the work himself. This guy gives every reputable auto detailer a bad name which is a shame. read more

Absolutely the worse experience ever! They couldn't make the first appointment, no-showed for the second appointment (claiming they couldn't find us), and when they showed up for the third appointment refused to remove the seat covers (although we explicitly discussed this when I purchased the auto detail). They he refused to give me a refund. After his coworker refunded my money, he stated he wouldn't honor the gift certificate detail I bought for a family member. I can't state strongly enough to avoid these guys!! read more

Let me preface this with saying, my car was a disaster zone. It seemed that there was one mess after another, to the point where I was unsure if it was really going to ever look even remotely clean again. Dog hair, sand, spilt beer from football tailgates, it was a total and complete mess. Enter A&A. These guys were incredible, polite and professional and I know it was not an easy or probably very fun job. My car looks almost brand new and I couldn't not be more in awe or more grateful. These 2 guys were awesome! My car had been in the garage for over 5 years now my daughter even started keeping our dog in the car because she's afraid of her own shadow. My car smelled like a pig farm mixed with a petting zoo they came in and cleaned my rugs car seats and dash along with my door panels. We have a 2015 Toyota Sienna minivan that needed a coat of wax, clean leather seats, and unspotted rugs. After requesting a number of quotes from various mobile detailing services, we decided to go with Angelo's reasonable quote. He arrived on time, was very courteous, and explained all the options. In 3 1/2 hours, Angelo removed all the spots on our car's rugs, thoroughly cleaned the leather seats, and clayed/waxed the minivan's exterior paint. Many parking lot scratches went away. Our minivan now looks better than when we bought it from a Toyota dealer in 2016. read more

High quality work and service. My car has a metallic paint (black sapphire) that I thought was pretty but I had not seen the full depth of until Angelo did his work. Prior details at the dealership were good but left swirls on the paint. Not only are there no swirls but the paint looks like it has an extra clear coat! The light beige interior looks new again. His work is absolutely fantastic. He came to our house which was very convenient. He is easy to reach via phone or text. Was really looking forward to having my car detailed as I am expecting a new baby in April, wanted everything clean. This is only my 2nd time having my car detailed, last time was 5 years ago different company. The person who scheduled my appointment wasn't initially happy with my availability (noon and after) but was willing to make it happen. I got home early and let them know they could come early, which he did. I live on a busy street & suggested he do the work a block south on a quieter street, and it was here I learned they won't do it on a city street. (unfortunately my work parking lot is too packed too) I mentioned it would have been nice to have that information when I made the appointment. the response was basically they rely on customers to tell them there is no driveway. so for those rare few of us who don't do this that often, please know you need to have a place other than the city street or no go. other than that, very nice, showed up on time. bummed I have to find another way. recommend to the company that they make a point of clearing this up when they schedule an appointment. read more
